1 Pho Noodle & Grill

Good service, variety of pho choices made me and friendly atmosphere. Appears to have returning customers and a relaxed vibe. The pho is tasty and delicious. The only bothersome experience is that the chairs are to close to each other from one table to next table. (We were seated near front entrance) . I WOULD STILL RETURN FOR THE PHO SEAFOOD COMBO.

This is an okay food spot, but it's not somewhere I'd send people to.The employees are unwelcoming and make you feel as though they don't want you there, which creates an uncomfortable environment. Service is quick though. There is a good amount of indoor seating, but it would be difficult to host a large party as it is a small shop. Restrooms are available. The shop stays at a low to moderate noise level even when busy. They do have a shared parking lot. There are some other popular businesses in the plaza though, so the lot can get busy.They have a lot of food options, from soups to rice plates, so there is something for everyone. The food is okay, but nothing great. Prices are average to slightly expensive, especially considering that there are other more favorable pho spots in the area. Maybe they were just having a bad night, but my combined experience of mediocre food and bad service doesn't equate to me giving them another try.

My eldest daughter was craving some Pho last night. Where should we eat? Ding, ding, and ding! #1 Pho Noodle and Grill came to mind. We ate here many and I mean many blue moons ago. We're back!Well, this place has changed its outlook inside. It has been renovated and transformed altogether. Space appears to be tighter due to the dividers IMHO. Luckily, my daughter and I got a table that was in a more open area. They now have a banh mi station. The old staff is no longer here. It looks light they have changed ownership.Nice staff... they may be the new owners not 100% sure. We came here for Pho so my daughter got the Pho Combination. I don't eat beef anymore so I got my Shrimp Paste + Egg Rolls with vermicelli. Funny, we saw a pink handle pair of scissors in the utensils container... first time ever seeing scissors being readily available without having to ask them. Why scissors you ask? It's to help you cut the noodles or meats or anything that needs cutting. It's a very useful tool in a Vietnamese restaurant. Good job #1 Pho!!!Per my daughter, the soup was tasty, but a bit oily. She thinks they put tumeric in the soup because the soup had a slight hint of yellow LOL. I tasted it and yes, there was some kind of unfamiliar spice in it. As for my bowl, it was delicious overall. The shrimp paste was good... wished it was bigger and there was more of it. Egg rolls were just okay... not savory enough... just a little dry. Their fish sauce was different... it was thicker in consistency which I find odd... almost pasty-like... still tasted okay. Veggies were very fresh. Water was refreshing!We may come back here to try their banh mi and many appetizers. Btw, 85 Bakery is right next door. You can have dessert afterwards. =)

We really enjoyed our meal! The pho was flavorful and loved the egg rolls! I like the inside as it was pretty modern. We would come back again if we were craving pho.

堅強是最不需要的人設， 會撒嬌的人其實最好命，與其做一個好人，不如做一個完整的人～中午時分，來這一家越南店吃飯， 可能他們的生意太好， 從一開始好幾分鐘過去了，都還沒點到餐點， pho 上來好久了， 我們的豆芽菜都還不見蹤影， 真的是， 很想要自己自助自己來，東西其實是不錯吃的， 我點的豬排飯， 跟炸春捲都很不錯， 就是服務方面真的需要加強一些

Pros: the foodCons: service can be a hit or miss, prices are highLocated next to 85 degree bakery. Private lot. Same plaza as Denny's and Gen KBBQ. My go-to menu items:- spring roll- pho with brisket - beef shrimp & eggroll vermicelli - lemongrass beef vermicelli You really can't go wrong with these. I do prefer the broth at bone & broth near Ontario Mills, but this is down the street from me and they're quick.

Food was not good. Service ppl were awkward. Seating is crowded. Will not return. Pho Tai should not be chewy.

This is my first time back here since 2016. They have renovated since then and the food has also improved! I ordered take out and the front greeters/cahiers were welcoming. My to go order took less than 10 mins! (Granted it wasn't super busy.) I thought it was great service! I ordered the Báhn Mì Db it's the first one on the Báhn Mì list. And my husband demolished it. I had the #48 Bún bò chao tom chà giò which is a rice noodle with shredded lettuce, sliced cucumbers/carrots, fish cakes, beef, peanuts, bean sprouts, fried pork egg rolls and fish sauce. It was fresh and it hit the spot. I highly recommend this place. Eager to try some rice dishes. The inside ambiance is warm and modern. We'll be back someday!

I've been coming here for 3 years and their pho NEVER disappoints. they are quick & attentive. my BIGGEST suggestion is their coconut shake!

Food is absolutely amazing great .Environment is cool comfortable..But...... the service is terrible! Horrible I only keep coming back because the food is great ,They are not very welcomingAlways rushing you no manners,Throw your utensils.. they sure know how to make you feel uncomfortable & uneasy.I seen many people same reaction in person while being here as well.Past reviews also..But overall great place to eat
