This place is so cute! The food and service was excellent.I went without knowing on Seattle's restaurant week so I took advantage and even if it wasn't, I would've paid full price. The pizza for my husband was also great, which doesn't happen often.

We stopped by for a late lunch and sat outside. Nice setting and felt very Italian. The bread was amazing and the food was great. Both bolognese and lasagna were solid. The lemon chicken was a little too much citrus to my pallet. The service was polite but a little cold. Overall very authentic southern Italian food.

The pasta dishes we got were delicious. Pasta was cooked perfectly with the right amount of sauce and tons of flavor. We added chicken to mine for an extra charge and they provided a generous amount. My hubby added scallops for $11 extra and only got 3 which he was disappointed with at first, but when he tasted them, he said they were amazing and worth the $11.They will substitute GF rigatoni for any pasta and mine was cooked perfectly. No cross-contamination with the pasta They do serve AMAZING complimentary bread (no GF option)The server was very knowledgeable about menu and GF details. He was always there when we needed him and friendlyThe ambiance is very nice and Italian. Easily can be romantic and "dressed up". Easy to be casual too. Great experience and food. We will be back to try even more dishes.

Went in for Italian food with my friend as I have heard good thing about this place where I actually been a few times while ago. We were able to make a reservation despite it was Sunday night around 6:30 on the last minute. The place was pretty full and lively. The service was ok. I ordered Risotto di mare and my friend creamy pasta can't remember the name. They were solid with fresh ingredients. I liked their complimentary bread that were warm and soft. The portion was huge even the cocktail I had. The food here would be good to share.

Came by for a weeknight dinner in downtown Kirkland. Vibe of the area is a cute and cozy downtown area. The restaurant wasn't too busy at 7:30pm and we were able to get seated immediately for a party of 5. There's a couple small tables outside for outdoor seating but the majority of the tables are indoor. We started with the bruschetta as an appetizer which came with several pieces of toast, chopped tomatoes, olive oil, and mozzarella. After looking over the menu and reviews I decided to go with the chicken alla Mia maniera, a few others ordered the linguine tutto mare or the cioppino. Everyone said the food they got was fairly average and nothing that wowed. The chicken stuffed with spinach and mozzarella tasted pretty good although the chicken was a little bit over cooked and on the drier side. The Marsala sauce was just okay and some of the Brussels were a little too dark. Overall I would give this place a 3.5/5 since the food is solid but not amazing.

It was our first time visiting this restaurant. We were able to sit at a table outside on the sidewalk, which is always nice to dine al fresco. We ordered the arugula salad with roasted beets and goat cheese, linguine alla norcina, penna Moda, and the linguine di mare. The salad was good but not great. It was average. The dressing could and should have had more flavor. My family loved the penna Moda the most of the 3 pasta dishes we ordered. It was a creamy tomato sauce, perfectly balanced flavors. The linguine alla norcina was good but it is such a creamy and heavy dish, it's difficult to eat a dish like that in one sitting. The seafood tasted very fresh for the linguine di mare. It could have had more flavor but it wasn't bad.Overall we would rank this place higher than Due in Totem Lake (which is really more of a Pallinos quality) but lower than Carmine's. Overall we were happy to visit. The server was good and knowledgeable about the specials. Not sure if we will come back but it was overall a nice dining experience.

Would probably go 3.5 if available.Nice location. Pretty standard traditional old school Italian restaurant layout. Service start was slow to come, we were there for 15 20 mins before we got spoken to which wasn't a great start. Went for bruschetta and calamari appetizer. Calamari was tasty, bruschetta was only ok. Needed some balsamic or something. It was just flat. For main course we opted for a pasta dish, the salmon and then the lamb rack and halibut which were both specials. The salmon and halibut were very nice, but the pasta was only barely warm, and the lamb came out bloody rare rather than medium as requested. I asked for it to be brought to medium and of course it came back way over done. Rookie mistake by me i suppose.Overall, the service is ok, location nice, good atmosphere, well priced wine but at a price tag of $100 each for Italian food, the quality did not match the price tag. It will not be a regular haunt for us.

I think I have reviewed this place before but time for an update after dining recently. Our dinner and service were fantastic. We enjoyed the lemon chicken, lasagna and salads. With plenty of leftovers as we shared. The chicken came with a plethora of sauteed veggies and was cooked perfectly. Their bread is also warm and fresh, a plus. We took dessert to go and look forward to our next visit. A definite special occasion for us but looks like a great spot for just a casual dinner too.

Spent 180 dollars on food yesterday. This morning everyone in my family is sick. Do not order the pizza at all, the dough was all alive and it was not cooked correctly. Also I went inside to pick up one time and the waiter pushed me out and told me to go back around and go through the back door. You pay over 100+ dollars for horrible food and horrible service. Do not go here!
