Riot House

Arrived on a bustling Friday in mid-July and was pleasantly surprised by the lack of waiting time at the entrance. There was no cover charge, and they offered bottle service and booth seating. The atmosphere was lively with everyone dancing, creating a comfortable vibe. Despite being open-air, the establishment managed to maintain a somewhat cool environment, even on sweltering nights exceeding 100 degrees. The drink menu was extensive, including a variety of options and hard seltzers.

DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCAMMED.Absolutely disgusted by how unprofessional this establishment is. My friends and I came here for a bachelorette party this past weekend. We reserved a table months in advance. Upon arriving to check in for our table, we were greeted by a host who brought us to our "table" and let us know that because they overbooked, they didn't have a real booth for us. They brought us to a makeshift table with high top chairs that they put in the middle of the entryway. We tried to object to this but the host told us we would have to pay 2.5k more in minimums if we wanted one of the booths. We were all very visibly upset by how this went down, and their way of "making things right" was to give us a complimentary bottle of champagne that I could get for $5 at the grocery store. Not once during this interaction did a manager come over to speak with us about the situation. The entire night, random people left their empty cups on our table, surrounded our table, and leaned on it. Probably because it was literally in a main entranceway. We will never be back here and I would not recommend this bar to anyone. We went to a different bar in old town the next night and paid less for a way nicer booth and WAY BETTER customer service.

Looking for some after dinner drinks and entertainment in Scottsdale, we ended up in what I would say is the entertainment district of Old Town Scottsdale. We turned the corner and saw all these neon lights, strobe lights and music blasting all down the street at various clubs down Saddlebag Trail. Every major city has streets like this, but this street was super clean and all the clubs looked inviting. I am way past my clubbing days, but we were out there a little on the early side and it didn't look to crazy yet. Riot House was our first stop simply because it did not look too crowded and the music sounded good from the outside. How did I know this? Most of the establishments had an open air concept where their outer window walls can raise like a garage. I could've probably just stood on the street and had a good time too. We got patted down and entered this really nice looking club. We did a little walk through and found some seats at the bar. The bartenders were scantily clad and were definitely earning their tips with the hungry fellas all around. It took awhile to get some service and just as long for them to make our drinks. We went with margaritas which were overpriced but expected in Scottsdale. They were ok, nothing to write home about. At some point it started getting packed and all of a sudden they were taking all the seats around the bar out. That was a little tacky and helped in our decision to wrap it up and find somewhere more our speed. The DJ was playing some pretty good music and the crowd was hype for sure. It was cool to experience Scottsdale's club scene, but for me it's just not my thing anymore. Put me in a nice cocktail lounge or bar and I will be happy. Probably wouldn't come back here.

Service was really great always had a bottle, chaser and cups. It was my friend's birthday and they went all out for him thank you.

Riot House is our absolute favorite place for cocktails and dancing on the weekends. Great music, sexy atmosphere and high energy vibe. Definitely an awesome spot and highly recommended for social groups looking to have a great time

After an overly priced club nearby with shoulder to shoulder standing (eventually finding a patio booth), we went browsing and found Riot House! We got offered a booth with bottle service upon walking in, and were told to just have fun which we truly did! The music was excellent, the booth was large and plentiful for our group, and the space per person was comfortable versus other bars where it was shoulder to shoulder. The only complaint was we only saw our waitress/bottle service bartender twice and after waiting 15 minutes to close out/tip, nothing! We had been there nearly two hours! We got our drinks at the bar since she never came around so we waiting so long and she never came (even with asking other staff). The drinks were also WAYYYY overly priced. We are talking $20 for less than one shot of fire ball. It was absurd! And the bar tender ladies working didn't even give you the time of day as if they're better than others (no thanks). Overall, I think we enjoyed our time with free bottle service, a booth, and friends. Drinks were entirely overpriced so pregame if you come or plan in advance! Staff weren't overly kind or aware of customers around them. Vibes were good though and music 10/10! Even on a Monday night, it had all the vibes!

Came out this past weekend for my birthday! We reached to @james.nightlife on ig to set up a birthday table for me and my party of 15 and he was so accommodating & made sure we were all taken care of. We all had such a fun night all thanks to him! Hit him up if you wanna have a crazy fun time @ Riot House!

The ambiance of Riot House was a vibe and the service was great! The DJ played a good variety of music and the crowd wasn't too much. Definitely would recommend Riot House for your next night out!

This weak little place here sucks, last night on Friday August 23rd I came here with some friends and we had paid for a table and 4 bottles, spending about 2k or possibly more here, but in return we get terrible service I mean as soon as we sat down we are greeted by a girl who's our bottle service attendant, but very unfriendly, was rude and would snatch bottles that we paid cash for out of our hands, wouldn't even crack a smile, we didn't even ask for much but for some reason every person we dealt with seemed frustrated, rude and just not a good vibe, do not come here unless you want a dead crowd, and horrible service where the people working here are rude and unprofessional like as if they think they are better than the clients or have something better to do rather than give good service to a group a people who paid a couple thousand to have a good time, definitely never getting a table here ever again nor will I ever come here at all for any reason not even if Beyoncé was performing here, I'm just shocked on how rude and standoffish the people who worked here were like for no reason we just wanted a good time but they actually turned our night into a waste of time, and a waste of money, money I can always make back that's no problem, it's just frustrating knowing I coulda spent my money anywhere else but here, and as for as my time that I can't ever get back and yall wasted hours of my time and within those hour it was just horrible service and horrible, like just outrageously horrible behavior from staff, y'all suck like really bad, thanks for a horrible night, lames.

Went out for the first time in Old Town since being 21. My birthday is in the middle of June, and I went here 32 days after I turned 21 with a vertical Arizona ID because I have been abroad and haven't been able to get a horizontal one. I was denied because it wasn't horizontal. Mind you, my ID doesn't expire until 2028? Seems a Lil ridiculous.
