Ringo Wok Teriyaki

I come here every now and then for a quick bite when I'm in the mood. Most times, I get the shrimp fried rice which is really good. The shrimp chow mein was nice but I really loved the egg flower soup!!!! It was so hot and well seasoned!!! I've dined in once but I prefer to take it home. Prices aren't too bad either. I paid $22 for these two items.

The food is very average, the salad not good (shredded cabbage, not lettuce like most teriyaki joints (looks like a bird's nest, dinky dressing)) but the service is what I found really bad and unacceptable. 1) The woman cashier is disorganized, arrogant and smart alecky. She made 4 customers wait while she dug through the fridge looking for something, no explanation or apology. Then she walked out of the restaurant to her car looking for something while customers waited. The cook had to come out to the counter to be cashier and deliver the food to waiting customers while the real cashier went missing someplace. 2) I tried them one more time a few days later with bad results. I gave my order for 1 container of soup to the same woman cashier and she rung it up and gave me a receipt. Then she told me it would be 10 minutes (to pour a container of soup). I was the only customer in the restaurant. She then went to a table, sat down with the cook and ate their lunch. Finally when she was good and ready she went and poured my container of soup and put it in a bag and handed it to me. I asked if I could have a plastic spoon. She almost yelled at me loudly stating that she had put a spoon in the bag "didn't you see it?" I said no, I did not see it. I took the bag with soup and jetted out of the place. Never to return I will say. Just horrible, unacceptable service and bad attitude. Worst I have ever seen anywhere. I cannot see how they remain in business.

Came here a couple times while I was attending classes at the nearby college. I tried their spicy chicken and chow mein which was okay. Where they lack in flavor profile, they make up with quite substantial portion sizes as I had to take leftovers home; which I rarely do. The staff wasn't as friendly or welcoming and I felt they were a bit impatient when I asked questions about their menu items. Being on a shorter lunch break, the food took a bit longer to come out than I'd hoped; but I guess that means its freshly cooked. Give them a try if you're starving and want to support a mom and pop restaurant.

Craving some teriyaki dinner, we stumbled across this place. Yummy food! Service was fast and friendly. Portions were good, would've been nice if he offered us some beverages like water.

Outstanding short ribs! Although the salad was thinly sliced cabbage, I thought that was kind of weird. Dressing was sweet, maybe that's teriyaki salad dressing standards. Gyoza was a rip off, it was $5.99 for a 10-piece, when I can get a plate full of beef for $10.99!Bubble tea was NOT liquid-y like most places, it was thick like smoothie and tasted like yogurt slush. However, the jellies were the best jellies I've ever had!!! Two thumbs up for jellies!!Lastly, there was this fly just flying around fighting for food! I'm semi ok if it flies around out of my sight, but when it lands on my daughter's plate, that's a no no!

food was delicious and the employees were very nice and service was overall 5stars! will come back again

Teriyaki is good but the salad that comes with it was wilted and old #Tryingtosupportlocalbusinesses

my fiancé and i love this teriyaki!!! the salad is bammer, just cabbage with like balsamic i think. but their chicken is great!! tender, and bomb dot com. the restaurant is nice, never dined in but will someday.

In my pursuit of good Spicy chicken teriyaki.. the Ringo Wok didn't disappoint. The chicken was very tender and the spicy sauce was perfect.There is alot of food there, so be prepared to bring some home, if there is any left.The owners were very friendly and welcoming.So I'll be back for more!

They charged me twice!!! When I went in and showed the lady (who also owns the place) my bank statements and told her that she charged me twice she tried to tell me I was wrong!!!! She would not refund me for the second transaction nor did she offer to atleast give me another order of food.The food wasn't even good. And the fact That IGot charged twice and showed the legitimate evidence and still they didn't do anything to fix their mistake is Just wrong. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS PLACE.
