Rickhouse Whiskey Bar

Noah, head bartender, is an absolute class-act. Out of all the whiskey bars I've been to in the greater Seattle area, he has created the most relaxing atmosphere to sip whiskey. This bar is nestled behind Daniel's Broilers main bar; separated from the hub-bub of the hotel. I recommended checking this place out to anyone visiting or living in the area Consider myself a regular.

My man Noah took care of us! What a great selection of whiskey. Good food, fair prices. No complaints here. Come thru it's lit.

Very classy vibe, i love the old tunes and the vintage decor. Great hideaway bar with amazing bar bites. Happy hour doesn't apply to drinks, which was really the only negative I had. But the staff were very attentive and food/drinks came pretty face considering how great everything tasted.

A neat little whiskey bar located on the second floor inside the Hyatt Regency in Seattle. They have a pretty decent selection of spirits to choose from. You can also order food from the Steakhouse. It was good to grab a drink while waiting to meet up with others.

Was kind of weird; also surprised this place came up so high in Yelp's list because there are (as of now) only 7 other rankings. We were looking for a place to grab a drink before a show.Con: the place was literally closed when we got there, because it's in a hotel and we were informed "it's only open sometimes" or somethingPro: we sat at the lounge outside, service was relatively fast, and we had access to their full whiskey list. And when I asked to see a couple bottles so I could see which vintages they were, they brought them out quickly so I could pick.

I've been there twice now. Really cool vibe great staff friendly and knowledgeable. Great neighborhood place.

Bartender(s) take an hour to make drinks. Don't go if you want to get a drink. They don't acknowledge you're there. Simple beer takes 30 mins. Constant struggle with this place. I wish ownership would watch how people struggle to get drinks here. I don't recommend going with a large group. Very frustrating place.
