Renee's Custom Cakes

I am so glad I found Renee through Yelp. My eldest brother was getting married via Zoom but none of us live in Washington and since we couldn't see him in person we really wanted to do something special. We decided we wanted to get them a small wedding cake enough for two people so they could have a festive zoom wedding. Our plans were limited since we needed to find someone who made beautiful cakes and could also deliver since we don't have any friends or family to do it. I tried getting in touch with a few other places but none of them were as friendly and willing to help make it happen. Renee was amazing!She made time to chat about my idea and was willing to hand deliver the cake the day of the wedding as a surprise. She listened to what I wanted visually and made it look exactly how I envisioned. She was also texting me photos of the finished product and making communication really easy. The cake was beautiful, she delivered it and my brother and his fiancé were over the moon! They thought the cake was beautiful **and they said it was delicious** and it totally made their wedding feel special. I really truly appreciate Renee for delivering the cake during a snow storm and making our surprise happen. Such an awesome experience!

Wow. The cake was beautiful and it tasted even better than it looked. I can't say enough good things about Renee. From the excellent communication (texting me pictures of the cake prior to getting it) to the DELIVERY, I have never had a cake delivered to my home and I have to say, what an excellent experience! I contacted her quite late and she was still able to make me a lovely cake in just a few days notice.If anyone is in need of a cake I highly suggest Renee's custom cakes.

We Had Renee make a custom cake for a family members birthday that is particular with what she wants. Renee accommodated very well and did a fabulous job to the precise colors we needed and the design we wanted to make!

I called Renee around 2 months in advance to plan an emoji cake for my daughter. She confirmed she was able to do it. She was also able to accommodate our gluten free diet restriction which was a huge deal. We set everything up and I was able to go on about my life and know that the cake was handled. A few days before the party she and I spoke by phone and confirmed the cake details and planned delivery. She delivered the cake right to our door step. It looked amazing! Oh, she also sent a picture ahead of time once it was done so I could see it in advance. The cake was a hit at the party. The kids loved it and so did the adults. Our friends couldn't believe it was gluten free. Thank you so much Renee for a great cake!

I would like to say that Renee's custom cakes was very delicious. And outstanding customer service. I had place an order for a cake for my daughters 21st bday. And i called Renee two days before the due date too change the type of cake. And Renee went beyond her and got my daughter the cake she wanted. And i can say that cake was very good. Way to go Renee. Will twll all my friends and family...

Renee made a custom rainbow unicorn cake for my daughter's 4th birthday. It came out beautifully and Renee was very easy to communicate with. She also delivered to my house at the set time. A very smooth process and a lovely cake everyone commented on. Thank you!

Renee did an amazing job on my daughter's cake for her birthday. Looked identical to the picture I sent (and I am picky), good communication, and quick delivery. And it was delicious!

I left a message for the owner Renee to give me a call so that I could discuss ordering a banana birthday cake from her. I live in California and wanted to have a specialty cake made for my fiance's birthday as he lives very close to her shop.I never received a return phone call from Renee. Extremely disappointing! I ended up ordering a specialty ice cream cake from Cold Stone Creamery in Covington. They did a wonderful job! Renee, you will never make it in your business as long as you have the lack of respect for your potential customers as you portrayed with me. I will NEVER contact your establishment again! For anything. Horrible!
