Remlinger Brewing was a brewery I discovered relatively recently and I was running a Google search for the area to see if there were any breweries I haven't tried yet and this one came up!Part of Remlinger Farms which has a variety of different fun activities to do during the year this brewery according to the signage is relatively new and opened in 2021. Nestled in right across from the restaurant you can order your food and drink and sit anywhere in the dining area to enjoy both.I had carne street tacos while Steve had a hamburger, both of which were very good! We also split some cheese curds for an appetizer and those were a hit as well! For the beer we started off with a flight of several of their beers like an amber, an Autumn styled ale, a lager and kolsch among a few others. We were most impressed with the lager and we both ordered a pint of it after we finished the flight. Good place to go to, perhaps not the best beer with every style but very impressed with that lager. But good gor the kind of place it is that brings a lot of families I'm sure during the summer months and can be very touristy. They also have their own ciders as well but we were sufficient with the beer. I imagine for some of the residents of Carnation that like craft beer this addition is welcome since they don't have to go to another town to enjoy craft beer and that some is available right up the road.

Remlinger farms is a family friendly business where they have enough options you can bring the entire family for fun. They just recently opened up the brewery and my goodness do they have a great brewer and serving staff. I'm a frequent customer since it is close to home. My favorite is their lighter beers, which they have gone into contests and won for. If the beers work up your appetite, then you can order food from their tasty kitchen as well. I see this place becoming very popular as more people learn about it and the beer choices they have.

Great atmosphere, food, and people. Great for families and large crowds.Large portions served at the restaurant. Fish and chips and the vegetable soup alone are worth coming here for.

Good space, kids playground, outdoor seating. The wait to order was under 10 minutes. We ordered 2 kids cheeseburgers and a Baja burger. It took over an hour to get the food. Would've been great if they had set that expectation before we ordered.

This review is mostly about food. We went on a Saturday just to check it out and it wasn't busy at all. Food was better than average especially the reuben sandwich we had. Soup was tasty and the fries has extra outside coating almost like they were double fried. There was a graduation celebration later in the day so seating was roped off but still plenty for us visiting. We didn't try any of the alcohol beverages but next time. We then looked at the market and bought a pie. Probably one of the best pies we've had in awhile. Tons of Marionberries and not a lot of the jelly filling. You do have to cook them yourself as they come frozen and takes about 70 min to cook but it was so worth the wait. Delicious!

Oh Lordy. Maybe he beer is good, but the good at the cafe was really bad. I got the chicken sandwich, which would be better described as naugahyde on a bun. It was so dry that I spit it out. The vegetable soup tasted like water with broccoli. The service was disinterested and grumpy. A condiment container was empty. Just no. Come here for the family fun or something. Stay away from the food.

It depends on what you're looking for when going to a brewery. This place is designed for families so if you got some little ones and like beer them this place is for you. They do have a play area that's pretty small for kids in the inside dining area. We were here on a Sunday at 6 and were the only ones in the place. It was raining so mayb that's why not many others were there. You can push a button and make the overhead trains move which the kids would love. There's a store and gift shop there as well. You can buy various things including brewery gifts. If it's warm I imagine they open up their big garage type windows which is next to the outdoor tables. In the summer they have an amusement park which is a must for your little ones. Everyone has a good time. Make sure your little ones ride the horses and the train! The brewery opened May 7 2022. I ordered a flight which consisted of 4 different beers as well as splitting a pesto chicken sandwich with my wife. It came with with crinkle-cut fries. The sandwich was nothing special- pretty standard. There was barely any garlic flavor( if any) from the garlic aioli. The fries were better than normal. You can opt for sweet potato fries. Our friends said of the sweet potato fries, "The sweet potato fries ... not quite ambrosia, but waaay above average". The flight was 7$ which is very reasonable. Our friends ordered the Baja burger which they said was not spicy as anticipated. The cole slaw was not They also chose the same 4 beers for their flight: Porter, Stout( which were my two favorites), Dark Ale which was pretty hoppy, and Belgian Ale which was similar to a Hefeweizen. Next time I would try the tacos. As for a brewery experience I would rate it average but with so many other experiences here I would rate it above average.

We spent Father's Day listening to music, enjoying some brews and food with family. The place was lively, accommodating, and food was good especially ice cream cones....kids loved. Service was adequate and served the needs. It was probably not everyone's favorite day to work. There was both inside and outside seating. A reasonable indoor play area for younger children was definitely played on. We went to the store and it was loaded with lots of pkgs foods, jams, jerky, gifts, toys, tee shirts etc. they also have frozen pies. The pies are excellent. We took three home with us. Two still in our freezer and other has already been devoured. There was an arcade and it opened at 4:30pm for public use. Before that requires admission to the amusement park which we decided to wait for another day. I think the place could have been cleaned up more often but overall facilities were decent. Be prepared to spend at least $100-150 per person for food, drink, arcade, store, etc. if you're going to amusement park area, the entrance fees are $30.

Heard about a happy hour at Remlinger Brewery and Restaurant. Did not disappoint! The tacos were delish and this garden salad for $3.95 was a killer deal! They also have so many beer options it was hard to choose. not in Italy was a fan favorite. Will be back soon. Also, very kid friendly and dog friendly out on the outdoor patio.
