I took my dad here for Fathers Day and really enjoyed our meal. The food was great but it just felt like there wasn't as much of a variety circulating as was advertised. Service was simply okay, I was expecting a little more considering other Brazilian steakhouses I've been to in the past have typically been better. I wish the interior had a bit more space with the layout, as people were constantly bumping into each other (and us) while moving about the restaurant. Overall it was good but moving forward I'd probably opt for a different spot for this style of dining

As a Brazilian, this is my go-to spot and the most authentic churrasco in San Diego. Their meat quality is top tier, and the sauces are incredible too. I always hear people speaking Portuguese everytime I come here, so you know that this is a good place to be when it comes to a quality experience. The booths are spacious, the music is bumping, and I will definitely be back.

It's been over a decade since I've been here. Then I went again recently because it was so good! They pass around pão de queijo (cheese bread) to start and you can always ask for more.I usually order the Brazilian Lemonade since it's unique and refreshing. Hubby also got a Xingu black beer. They have lots of Brazillian drinks to choose from! I love that they use a mesquite charcoal grill to cook their meats! The salad bar has plenty of seafood, cheese, hot dishes, and other items to enjoy as well. You can even add lobster and shrimp for only $5 more! Service was excellent and it's such a great place to gets premium quality meats! It's all you can eat, so come hungry!

Exceptional staff! The guys serving the meats all had great personalities and were very friendly each and every time they approached our table. The manager on duty was very friendly and also helped make our dining experience even better. Great staff, Great Food....excellent lunch all around. Top notch service from a well oiled staff

This Brazilian steakhouse has quality meats grilled fresh and men with large skewers walking around to give you a delicious slice. We requested some meats to be brought but it took 20-30 minutes for it to arrive and we had to ask 3-4 times about the ordered meats. Sides here are ok and the different salads were nice. Drinks and cocktails were ok as well but not exceptional. I would stay away from the black cherry martini, it tastes like cough syrup. They offered live piano music which is nice. Overall good grilled meats here.

The service here is very attentive and quick. The form of service is very convenient and provides delicious and freshly made food. The overall ambience is welcoming and calming. The waiters make the experience amazing as they truly care about the customers and have a great attitude. Overall, would come back again and enjoy!

The atmosphere was nice staff was excellent. Our waiter Louise was excellent and Chris one of the meat servers . The food was excellent the salad bar had a lot of great options I don't think I had a cut of meat that was disappointing can't wait to go back

I high rrecommend the Rei do Gado , it's the best Brazilian steakhouse in San Diego, the meats are grilled with charcoal and of high quality, the waiters are kind and friendly and the atmosphere is very pleasant! I will definitely be back more often!
