Look up "earn your redwings" on urban dictionary.That being said, this is the absolute best naughty name for a bar I've ever heard of! 10/10The food was good, the bartender was an absolute doll! We got there fairly early, maybe 7, and it was a tough time finding seats at the bar. It was standing room only. The karaoke was lit! A lit of folks putting their all into singing, and you can tell this is a hyper-local hangout, with their own culture. It was a lot of fun, people hyping up the singer on stage. Will be back soon!

My friends and I stopped by around 10:30pm on a Friday. There was a long line, but it went by quickly. There was no cover, but I'm not sure if that's typical. It was packed, but not super crowded. Everyone seemed like they were having so much fun! My friend tried to sign herself up to sing, but the list was at capacity. I don't love karaoke, but this place was so fun! I'm sure I'll be back.

I've been coming to Red Wings since 2014 when a queer friend introduced me to the bar. Normally, I would go on Wednesdays for their all day happy hour but I switched things up by going on Sunday to try their burger deal, which ends at 6 pm. Every food I eat here has been good - the wings, the burger and the onion rings. Service has always been friendly, quick, and accommodating. This bar is LGBT friendly, so the pour is always generous and the service polite & friendly.Price: $Recommendation: Happy hour all day Wednesday & $14 burger and beer on Sundays. I don't recommend going here on weekends because of the crowd but if you do want to get on the list for karaoke, expect to wait an hour (on Fridays & Saturdays). The karaoke list usually opens at 7 pm and they have a smoking patio as well as another extended patio that they open up on weekends. Current deals also include $2 jello shots!

10/10 I love this place so much and visit whenever I go to San Diego. The bar starts getting crowded around 9pm but it's easy to escape to the back patio to get drinks and food, which is what we did. $9 for a Jack and Coke with lime. $10 for the 1.5 pound wings, which is an amazing price considering it's enough to split. Their drinks are heavy handed and you get your moneys worth. I recommend coming during happy hour if you're looking for a more chill environment since the deals are great too. Free parking can be rough but it's doable. Customer service is great as well. Every bartender I've talked to is very nice and theyre efficient. Atmosphere is cozy, casual, and inclusive. There's always a range of age groups and people.

I love Redwing! Traci is the absolute best. Her humor, drinks, and Jell-O shots make this my favorite bar in North Park.

Redwing is amazing. The AirConditioning is great, but not as awesome as Traci, my favorite bar tender!

Best dive bar in the area!!! Has the best burgers and fries I've ever had at a bar! Indoor has wrap around bar and tvs. There is also an outdoor patio with its own bar which opens when the inside gets busy. Come earlier for the very reasonably priced happy hour!! Beer on tap 7 for pint 14 for stein.

Came for happy hour on a Friday afternoon. The wings are so good. Crispy with lots of sauce options. Love the staff here - super kind and friendly.

I absolutely love this place for karaoke! The service is usually pretty good and served in a reasonable amount of time. The price is good for the type of bar it is and where it is located, i also love the big print on the receipts so i know how much i am spending lol the good is your typical fried food with a good price when you're having the munchies. I definitely take all my friends and family here when they are visiting since they love karaoke.

Please REMOVE THE CARPET !! The stains and throw up on this carpet is horrendous!! Please removeee the carpet !! Other than that love ya XoXo
