Reds Wine Bar

Food was amazing, bruschetta, spaghetti, and tiramisu were on point. The moscato was as sweet as can be, which is how I like it. Price point is pretty high, but I'd gladly indulge in a wine & dine here again and again.

This is one of those great local places that I always forget about. Then, when I remember it and return, I always think, "Why don't I come here more often?" Recently, I returned to check out Mingo - it's like bingo but they play clips of songs instead of calling numbers, then you check your card for the song title. It was fun and I enjoyed a great glass of wine and delicious popcorn. My favorite menu item is the bacon-wrapped dates - this was the dish that made me realize I love dates! Anyway, this place is fantastic. The servers are friendly and they usually have a calendar of events (like trivia, paint and sip night, etc.) Now, if I can just remember Reds when I'm looking for a place to hang out, maybe I can become a regular!

Most people probably wouldn't even notice, but there needs to be a lot more emphasis on the quality of the food. The good points. My friend's tacos were great, the broccoli appetizer was very tasty and had a fair amount of heat and my glass of Riesling was really nice. That said, truffle popcorn had no truffle taste whatsoever, the crab dip was pretty nondescript, I ordered the creamy chicken penne but with linguine and the chicken was supposed to be sauteed, but tasted like it had been cooked earlier and then reheated in the microwave. I picked out every piece of chicken because the taste was just not good. Luckily I wait person was kind enough to take that off the bill but I would have rather had a dish that I enjoyed. There were only a few specs of sun-dried tomato but big pieces of onion. I know the cheesecake was from Cash and Carry but the crust was a soggy mess and the touted chocolate sauce was Hershey's syrup from a can. Three of us wanted the cauliflower soup but they were out and wasn't getting it back in for a number of days. Please take it off the menu if it's not going to be there to order.

Reds is the perfect spot to enjoy outdoor happy hour on a sunny summer afternoon. The fact that they have tons of wine by the glass AND truffle popcorn? That's a big win in my book. If you aren't a big wine drinker like moi, they do have beers on tap as well. Plus cheese plates and other small bites. Enjoy all of the aforementioned menu items, plus free garage parking right across the street!

Stopped in here with my partner to grab a glass of wine before dinner nearby and it was quick, easy, and a great selection of local wines. The bartenders were super attentive and friendly.

I love Reds, my go to spot at Kent Station. Friendly service, good food and great wine! The truffle popcorn and mushroom bruschetta is amazing!

This is an expensive night out. Food prices are way off the mark. One glass of wine and a Vegetarian flatbread ended up being $32.00. (including the 20% mandatory tip because there were 8 of us) This will be my last visit there.

Service was good but the food is not. Bruchetta was like something at a pot luck, not special and the flavors didn't meld. Probably because the tomatoes were cold and the parm grated over the chilly mixture. Salmon was not good quality; so unappetizingly fishy. Fresh food isn't in their repertoire and tbh I didn't feel well after eating here.

This place is definitely not the same! When one employee can change the whole atmosphere, service etc. you have to wonder if the manager/owner even know what's going on in their establishment!

Always a great go-to place! Food is always fresh, great service inside or outside. Been there dozens of times.
