Yup...it's worth the hype!!!Upon its opening, my social media feed was flooded with folks trying Red Wagon burger and yup it was great. The ingredients are top quality and my fry snob of a husband even loved the fries. I enjoyed the onion rings. The burger was big enough for my hubby & I to share. The burger, fries and onion rings were about $30 - pricier but most definitely worth it!!!

It's hard because I went with three people who really enjoyed their hamburgers, but I got a Philly cheesesteak and it was just gross. The meat tasted weird and there were gristly parts. Overall it just didn't taste fresh or mouthwatering to me. I think they should stick to burgers and add milkshakes to their menu.

Happy to see this recent addition to the area. Nice assortment of burgers and other items. The first few times I went was shooting blind because descriptions flashed by too quickly on video screen, but everything I ordered was very tasty and prepared with care. Fries are good and piping hot. Side dipping sauces available for purchase; ketchup @ tables. This last time, the descriptions of the burgers were underneath the photos & names. Now it's easier to know what you're getting.

After hearing so many raves about this place on the neighborhood site and FB, we trekked our way here to try it out. Upon entering, you can order from the kiosk or the employee to the left of the store. We opted for the kiosk ordering as we like to input the order without feeling like an inconvenience for not knowing what to order. There was a few tables to dine in at, if you choose to. The establishment is pretty clean. It didn't take too long for the food to come out. The employees was really nice. Everything was good, except my burgers felt heavily salted, so it didn't make the burgers as enjoyable. Almost as if someone got heavy handed on the seasonings so that was a little disappointing. The portions was decent sized. It will probably be a while before we return. Hopefully it was just a fluke.

Checked this place out after hearing about the hype. Got their name sake burger, fried pickles, and my friend got the mushroom burger. The Red Wagon Burger($13.99) comes with house sauce, pickles, grilled onions, grilled mushrooms, lettuce, tomato, bacon, and American cheese. The Mushroom Burger($11.99) comes with house sauce, pickles, onions, lettuce, tomato, grilled mushrooms and provolone cheese. The Fried Pickles($7.49) were not good. Not only was it a bit on the saltier side, but it I think they didn't give it enough time to for the oil to drain after pulling it out of the fryer. Refer to my pic where you can see the puddle of grease at the bottom of the basket after pulling out the the pickles and laying them out on some napkins. The napkins were soaked in grease.Speaking of napkins, the lady didn't give us any when she gave us our food. I had to come up to the counter to request them because they had it stored behind the counter. So you can either order through the cashier or do the self check out kiosk to the right.Overall, the burgers here have the half pound beef patty and is cooked medium well from my observation. All items are priced separately. There are no combo meals. It's a bit pricey but the size of the burgers can justify that. I wouldn't recommend the fried pickles unless you like extra grease. I would come here to eat if I am in the area. No need to go out of your way for an above average burger. Definitely better than your standard fast food burger though.Yelp 2024 Review #2929 overall

I came here to eat Red Wagon Burger with a friend for the first time. We simply ordered one hamburger each. There were tables and chairs inside the store, and there were several customers inside. The hamburger arrived in perfect shape. I cut it in half with a knife and it was easier to hold and eat. Burger taste was good! However, no services are provided here. I don't understand why I was asked to tip since everything was self-service.

Location:Conveniently located right off of Sunset blvd, this is a quite the diamond in the rough! The plaza is somewhat rough looking, but plenty of people going in and out to not shy away from it. There's a huge parking lot, which is great for larger vehicles. Handicap parking is available right in front of the establishment. If you're familiar with the goodwill off of Sunset blvd in Renton, it's in the same plaza. Food:They got burgers! The burgers are juicy and flavorful. It looks like they use handmade patties. If you have a smaller appetite, make sure you go for a single patty burger, it's plentiful. I ordered the double cheeseburger and I am stuffed. We ordered a small fries and fried pickles, but couldn't finish it all. The small fries are more than enough for two people. The fries and fried pickles remind me of funnel cake battered fried food. Both are delicious and crispy. Ambiance:It's a casual spot. Not sure I would take a first date here unless they really love burgers because it's gonna be super juicy and drippy, but of course, to each their own. Would i recommend? HECK YEAH! Definitely stop by if you're in the mood for some great freaking burgers!!!! Be prepared to be stuffed with juicy burgers. This is not for the faint of heart. Gotta come hungry!*I'll update soon with photos of the spread*

When this place popped up on my radar the first thing that went through my head was "Don't smoke crack" These prices were so high it as clear ownership was smoking something. So rather than continuing to hate, I thought it best to check them out and form my own opinion. First things first, yes, pricing is aggressive, but the sizes and portions actually match prices. I'll cut to the chase, I think Red Robin is a better deal and possibly a better choice, but I know some people don't like supporting national chains. I think this place knows pricing is high, so they had a special. A ¼ pound bacon cheese burger for $9.99. It didn't come with fries, but fries were less than $4, so all in all, it wasn't robbery. I understand the normal burgers are 1/2 pound. That is too large for me, but enough to satisfy a hearty appetite. I got a couple knocks for this place. With pricing being premium, I think you should have included at least one sauce to go with the fries. Yes, it was only $.50, but can a customer catch a break? My other knock was the fries themselves. I hate seasoned fries and would not have ordered any had I known what they served. Listen, burgers are shoestring, steak or crinkle, Save the seasoned fries the fair or a fast-food upgrade. You would never get these fries at a steakhouse, so if you are serving top grade beef, ditch those nasty ass fries. Based on the fries alone, I wouldn't return. A burger without fries is like chines food without rice. Yes, the veggies were fresh and the burger was decent, but the bad fries and aggressive pricing was a joy killer. This place has potential, but 100% not for me. I could have got more for less at Red Robin and enjoyed my entire meal. I see these places popping up around the sound, but I would not be surprised to see them fail. The average family can't afford these prices.
