Do not pass go, do not collect $200, and for heaven's sake, do not eat at Red Rock Subs unless you enjoy sub (pun totally intended) par food. The "hot" pastrami wins first place for worst bang for your buck. Not only is it served room temperature, but you'll get a whopping slice and a half of pastrami, and bread as dry as the Mojave Desert. But at least the cheese and pickles are edible! And the pot roast with Swiss and mushrooms? Well, the pot roast was stone cold and flavorless, and the mushrooms came from a can or jar. Again, the cheese was edible.$33.65 for two pretty awful six inch subs? Dang.If you want an amazing sandwich for a fraction of the price, go directly to Winco and order the All Meat sandwich.

Unfortunately RRS is on the decline.Especially on the weekends. The quality and consistency is all over the place.Prices are too high for the quality, even the classic pot roast was like shredded beef with sweet uninspired bbq sauce, barely sautéed onions, and bread dry, not toasty, and no bite from the garlic aioli/mayo.Look how much thick unmelted cheese, is the slicer broken? Hot subs should be melted.Maybe they are too busy.We loved this place, but it is not the same. And no salads either, Saturday at noon? Wtf...Arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, make it better.

Negative 5,000 Stars. GREED. SHAME on the new owners. They have DESTROYED one of the last independent small non chain food establishments. Red Rock was Delicious, a community, something for Everett to be proud of. Quality, good service, good people. Now it's shameful. GREED has come to Everett. Disgusting bread, a tiny portion of meat, and nearly doubling of price. I will never step foot in Red Garbage Subs until the new owners sell it and someone who cares restores it to it's formal glory.

THIS IS NOT THE RED ROCK SUBS WE ALL USE TO LOVE. definitely under new ownership that did not continue anything previous owners did. I HAVE LOVED THEM FOR YEARSSSSSSS...AND WOULD PAY 50$ FOR THIER SANDWICHES...but last few times I have gone in a year...post covid. I spent 47$ for 2 sandwiches and literally ate 3 bites each time n threw them away. Everything was bland and griss..even the bread was hard to bite threw n could tell it was either days old or pre bought. Meat was coscto special and nothing was on the sandwich it was advertised as. No sprouts or bacon on a Cali club...thats what makes it the Cali club. Pot roast was dried beef with gravy topping like it was a reheat. I'm an executive Chef so know how n when things go south. MOSTLY...dissapointed to never have the sandwich I once waited for hours in line for to this...so bad.

I used to be a regular here, always get the club. I stopped going and yesterday decided it would be nice. They must have changed owners because the quality was horrendous. First they sized down the regular sub, but it still pricy, now that wouldn't be an issue because the sandwiches are normally very good but my sandwich looked like a pile of crap, like gross bits of grill, the char of the bacon made me GAG. My food was so gross i had to write a review....its sad to see amazing small restaurants start to decline:(

So me and my husband always drone past this shop and want to go So we finally went for lunch It's small inside and not fancy at all but everyone was so so nice and helpful My husband got a meat sandwich and he liked it I don't eat much meat but decided to get a salami and pepperoni sandwichIt was good I ate it but truthfully I don't like meat much and wish wish they had a really good vegetarian option For meat eaters there is a lot of choices

Nice little place on Broadway in Everett. It seems to be locally owned and rather popular. I like that they have alternative sodas (Stubborn brand) instead of the usual big brands. There is a decent sized menu and both indoor and outdoor seating.I had the 6" club sub with a soda and thoroughly enjoyed it. Very good sandwich with quick and efficient service. Great to support local business, especially when they have a good product. Way to go Red Rock!

Hadn't been here in years and there are pros and cons:Pros:Pleasantly surprised at the upgraded decor. Love the remand! Reminds me of a barn! The food is still as good as I remember. Huge sandwiches; took half of mine home for later and the very nice staff generously wrapped it in paper and handed me a bag and some napkins.Cons: no accessible entrance at all. Steps without a handrail are SCARY! I'll be back soon!!

Came here at the suggestion of a Co-Worker who had vouched for their Sandwiches, so today, I had a chance to come by and check it out. Ordered the Mad Matt Meal. The sandwich was wonderful and the spicy mayo used did have a nice kick to it on the first bite.Cashier and Cook were kind, welcoming and polite. Did take a bit for the sandwich to arrive, but it was lunch time and there were at least four people who were there before me, so it wasn't a lengthy wait or anything.Lastly, it was a nice and quiet in the dining area aside from the ambient humming of appliances and the background music playing, so it was a peaceful and quiet lunch. Hoping to come back to try the other sandwiches and possibly the salads in the future since it is relatively close to my workplace.

Such a shame.. this used to be my favorite sub place that my family and I came to for 10+ years. $47 for two sub par sandwiches when it used to be $23 for much better quality. So sad..
