Great food, but consistently slow service. Every time we come here, it seems that they are understaffed and only one person is available to wait all the tables and maybe only two cooks in the back. They're always apologizing about how sorry they are because the food is taking so long to come out and it takes a while for them to come back to our table to ask if we want more drinks or something else. The food is always tasty, but last time I ordered the Cobb salad as I had the same before, but it was very subpar with hardly any protein in it and seemed like it was just thrown together. The burgers and fries always seem to be good though. We had a pizza this time too, which was not bad.

Yyyyyeeeaaaah noLet's cut to the chase, I know all establishments have issues with staff shortages, I'm ok with that and understand it. That doesn't excuse rudeness and it most certainly doesn't mean you serve something raw to your patrons and wow cutting corners is one thing but this...Honestly I only came for my birthday burger (yay me) and my kids love it so it's a shame that this is the situation especially since I always come to this branch preferring it to others. Ah well my bad Won't be coming back for a looooong time, hopefully things change quickly for them

I'm being generous with two stars. Now I know a lot of places took a hit during the pandemic and we've been patient. Very patient. But I think we're at a point now where the places that survived have managed through it and most have come out better....except for Red Robin. It's just gotten worse and worse and worse, which is so sad because this used to be one of our go-to easy family dinners. They changed the menu significantly, which I was hoping was only temporary, but nope. Still no grilled cheese sandwich. Still no French onion soup. Last time we gave them a shot a few months ago, we waited over 50 minutes for a table before leaving, and it was supposed to be a 25 minute wait. We never even got a text our table was ready after we left. Then this week, we tried giving them another chance, my son loves this place after all and it was his pick..... I'll spare my comments on the cleanliness, promptness, and accuracy of our orders because I really don't like writing negative reviews. So I'll just jump to the biggest issue - the nutrition info discrepancies. Why don't the menus in the restaurant align to the online menus in terms of nutrition information? Why?Pretzel Bacon Beer Cheese Burger:Calories as per website: 1370Calories as per physical menu: 1730Cheesy Bacon Fondue Burger: Calories as per website: 1320Calories as per physical menu: 1670These are not small discrepancies. These are huge. And they are not different based on sides. This is the standard orderWe waited forever for a table (on a slow night). We chose our food in advance and we were ready to go soon as we were seated. But after seeing the physical menu, we had to rethink our orders, and we couldn't even order what we knew we wanted wanted for the kiddos because for some reason the option to do so via the table top tablets isn't available. Our server was super nice, but unfortunately, it isn't enough to make up for the lacking qualities elsewhere. Such a mess. Please try to pull it together Red Robin.

Food tastes pretty good. Service is absolutely the worst. Be ready to wait 45 minutes to an hour for food even during slow times.

Almost 4 star, I dont know why other reviews are so bad...but I concede in my several visit to the place the quality varies wildly but not bad burgers when it comes to it.I have had various burgers but the burning love and new scorpion burger is my favorite.This place has never disappointed me with their fresh warm fries BUT they have almost always given me bad sweet potato fries.So I would suggest stick to regular fries. I think thay just gets ordered often so turns out to be fresh and crispy all the time. Get campfire mayo with ur fries , i love it, maybe you would too.Service is decent but they did forget getting my drinks or some add-ons bunch of times.But reviewers also need to keep in mind that the service staff changes often these days so that creates some service issues...but yet they are polite and receptive and fix the mistakes.

All of the recent reviews on here are on par- this is a very understaffed location and you can tell it's weighing on every employee. Even the process to just sit down is kind of a circus. That said, it's Red Robin, so you can't walk in here expecting world class service. We just got a quick bite and watched some football. It was fine.PSA: The bottomless sides are their best idea. When they say 'Simply Grilled Chicken' they really mean it (see picture). If you are a picky eater, this is the choice combo for you!

The worst time ever!!! Went there with 5 adults and 3 kids because my son wanted to go there. For his birthday and after waiting 25 min after telling us 10 min. The server said we couldn't even sit down and have water because she was to busy and would be stressed out. Honey you are in the wrong business. Having multiple parties is more stressful than having one party. I've been going to this red Robin for years and my kids love it. I will be going back, but I just wanted to write this review to vent. Just disappointed. And now Tipsy Cow gets the business. Welcomed up and was awesome Jorge SJorge

Red Robin went way down hill during and post pandemic. We mainly order online and pick up, and I don't think they've gotten our order correct once. The kids Max n cheese we picked up today was probably the biggest rip-off I've ever seen (see pic)

Five. Yes, five stars. Dunno where all the hate from everyone else's is coming from but this has to be the best Red Robin that I've been to in the area. Staff have always been very professional, prompt, and helpful. The food is consistent and always on point for what I expect for my burgers and fries. My most recent trip had me ordering a "pig out", which is the bacony version of the tavern double. The burger patties were so juicy and flavorful. I had to stop midway through my burger and say out loud, "this is a really good burger". The server kept the bottomless fries coming for the table. Overall, great food, good service, and clean restaurant.

We placed a to-go order via the app. We waited a very long time. It was supposed to be ready by 7:52pm, but wasn't ready until 8:25pm. The take-out hostess was very kind and personable. It was sweet that she offered a couple of times to bring a drink out to me while I was waiting, and I didn't have the heart to ask what was taking so long in the kitchen. The order was not accurate. My husband ordered a bottle of Coke, but got a cup instead and it had been dropped so there was still Coke that spilled out on top of the lid and hadn't been wiped off. He ordered a Gourmet Red Robin burger and instead ended up with a different burger that had caramelized onions on top, which he didn't like. I ordered my Teriyaki Chicken burger without tomato, and mine had tomato on it. Our server did provide extra fries as well as extra sauce for the long wait so I appreciated those gestures.We usually go to Redmond or Monroe, and this was our first time trying Woodinville. Next time, we'll go to one of the others as they are far more reliable when it comes to getting the order right and closer to on time.
