Food was ok for example burger was great and ambiance was ok. Lots of parking too btw. BUT..... I have had surgery and have a smaller stomach so there for I only wanted a small side salad because I know I can't even finish that. Server said you can get the bottomless house salad and get unlimited refills I explained to her my reason for needing a small salad she did t have a reply just well that's all we got. She didn't go to back for me and ask if I could have a half order or a single side salad. Otherwise get service was good and she was very attentive but this already set the mood off bad for me and my dinner experience. I also wanted a wedge so after of course I was bullied into getting a bottomless side salad I then of course had to pay for the real blue cheese crumbles and bacon causing an $8 salad go to a $13 salad that I didn't finish. Desert time comes I was going to order the fudge filled cookies 5 for $10 but she said if I order them to go they won't cook them for me I just microwave them when I get home for 30 seconds. I advised her we have other errands to run and they would be melted by the time we got home so needless to say my dinner experience was terrible.

My first time eating at Red Robin, especially after living in California for 30+ years. It took moving to AZ to find love lol, people make the place, my apologies for forgetting her name, but loved the red hair.. at "red" Robin. Seater and greeter so amazing and welcoming and checked on me during my meal. Hensley ( hope I spelled that right), she was my wonderful, caring, charismatic and professional server. Great suggestions from drinks, food to sauces. She had a beautiful smile, attentive and charming personality. I did want to try a protein burger this time w/ sweet potato fries (cooked perfectly to my liking) .. both need to be had with the Red Robin RR sauce. I also had cheese and pretzels ate have with the RR sauce as well .. yummy!!.. got a CC shake to go because I was stuffed but it didn't make it home lol. Love this place, the people have a welcoming, friendly and warm disposition. Definitely give it a try especially if your in the near by hotels visiting . I'll be back for a margarita/ and speciality drinks and to checkout the rest of the menu (Pizza) highly recommend:-) cool environment, quiet w/ nice decor. Kool sports bar feel.

New Red Robin location. Ambiance is what one expects from Red Robin. There was lots of fun and funky art hanging on the walls. Several pieces were selected to be reflective of Arizona. The service was great. It was a slow day. Only a few tables had customers. Our server was attentive. Drinks were filled often. There was a mix-up on one of our orders. It was handled quickly. A basket of fries was offered and brought out for that person while they waited. I know the steak fries are bottomless. It was still a nice gesture that they offered. Burgers were cooked medium. The crispy chicken sandwich was crispy on the outside and tender inside. Chicken on the crispy chicken sandwich was bigger than the bun! The blue cheese burger had larger chunks of bleu cheese. All toppings on the sandwiches/burgers were plentiful. The whiskey river burger or chicken sandwich is my Red Robin go-to. This was my first time seeing it in wrap form. The whiskey river chicken wrap had all the flavor of the whiskey river chicken sandwich. It was a bit on the small side compared to their burgers and sandwiches. Steak fries had crisp edges with soft centers. I was super happy to have such nicely fried fries. It has been years since I have been to a Red Robin that has cooked their fries constantly. The food was textbook Red Robin. Red Robin offers happy hour specials on specific drinks and appetizers. See my photos for the deals they were running as of March 2023. It says, "Closes in 45 min," and yet the front door was locked. Lights on inside, tv's on, employees walking around, customers sitting at table. Employee saw me trying the door, stared at me with dead eyes, then went back to what she was doing. Good job Red Robin.

Red Robin is in a new location; we stopped in to check it out tonight. The food & service was on point! I really like their pizza. Always want to try dessert, but never leave any room for it, so I really want to come back for a milkshake...Happy Hour prices are so tempting! Alyssa was a great server. She came around to check on us often.

I love it here lol. Food is always good! Sometimes it's a little smelly when you walk in(sewer issue I think ) but it's good! It's fast and pretty cheap and the service is really good! I don't remember my servers name but it started with an A and she had curly hair I believe.

Came to use my birthday burger after a long day of traveling. Right when we walked in the restaurant smelled like dirty water, which made it really hard to even want to eat. It smelled SO bad. We ordered an appetizer of pretzels, which came out right away, but the middles were still frozen solid and the cheese had that nasty layer on top, assuming it was sitting out a while. Our burgers came out next and the pretzels came back out after we had already started with the burgers. We did get our fries refilled quickly. Service was fast and friendly, but really couldn't get over the horrible smell and the taste of the food. The frozen on the inside pretzels were a huge bummer also. It just wasn't great.
