Red Embers Bar & Grill

My boyfriend and I typically enjoy visiting Uptown and love Red Embers, even do pick up often! Unfortunately Thursday November 9th when we went to pick up our food, and an individual by the name of Chase was excessively rude and spoke to us as if we were incompetent individuals. As paying customers and members of the community this situation was very disturbing and ruined the experience that we so frequently enjoy. I've never met an unprofessional staff member on any of my encounters, until tonight. It would bring us sadness to invite family and friends to this establishment, unknowing if this individual or others that speak in such demeaning manors were to be the ones to serve us. Sincerely disappointed and have reached out to the location, but have yet to hear back.

Not bad for first timers.... Pretty good staff went in early as soon as they opened. Order meat love personal pizza , small batch chicken wings half garlic parm and half Korean. Extra crispy with dipping sauce on the side. Waitress was bomb. Thank you Kaitlyn! You rock!

Walked in at 4pm, party of 7. We waited 40 minutes and asked multiple times (5x) to get a waiter or some level of service. Only until we asked for a manager did someone meander on over. We ended up going to Native and being helped within minutes of sitting down. In addition, a group of 5 walked in 30 minutes after us and an employee walked over within minutes. Not surprised to see terrible reviews by others. If the service is this bad, can only wonder what the food must taste like..

The best crispiest chicken wings ever! When the weather is nice sitting on the patio for fresh air is nice

So I was planning on having my date night at this food establishment and I thought it would have been nice to eat then play some games. When we arrived, there were a few people at the bar...and it looked to be like 2 servers. We waited by the sign that said wait to be seated. The two servers were waking in our direction then, one walked off somewhere else and the other started to clear off a table. The bartender was taking care of the people at the bar. We stood and waited about 5 or so minutes for someone to acknowledge us and get us seated but, that never happened.We ended up walking out with empty tummies and feelings like we're not going to come back.

Been here a few times and while the grandkids play games I have enjoyed a cold beer at the bar and ok service. Then the kids wanted to eat here. THE WORSE SERVICE WHILE EATING IN SURPRISE!!!! The cheese pizza was disappointing so that says it all. Our server was horrible! For the first time ever I left ZERO TIP!This is one entertainment family place In surprise and I do not recommend it. Sad!

Food is decent. Service is the worst Ive experienced.. all 3 times that Ive been here. 15 mins for a soda refil. Is just an example..restaurant had 2-3 other tables.. just horrible. Lesson learned not going back.. I emailed management regarding the horrible wait staff.. no respose.

Food was terrible - service was super slow and not good. Don't pay $2 extra for the seasoned fries or tots!!! I did and all I got was a few shaving of Parmesan cheese on my tots - really - Philly cheese sandwich was super dry and had zero flavor!!!

Our family of three dined as part of scoping for a birthday party which actually turned out to be an amazing venue overall. The space itself is bright, modern, spacious, clean upscale sophisticated venue l that beats the average jumping venue and the other bowling alleys are just not as nice. So we went and had dinner here I see the reviews are low and it's mostly for service but it's not because it's bad as the servers are friendly but it's not their fault it's understaffed as many places are post-pandemic. SO WORTH this one negative slowness-- the food is PHENOMENAL- everything we had from fried foods to specialities that needed the right spice blends were vibrant & fresh! Some of the best french fries as suggested by our sweet server. For sports fans they have screens & a nice bar. Plus you can people watch or Bowl yourself or checkout the great arcade. Solid surprise venue!

The absolute worst service!!! We get seated by the hostess wait 20 min to get told to order our food through the QR code because our server is too busy. Had to go up to the bar to order drinks. The bartender seemed completely annoyed! No one working here seems to want to be here . The food was decent. We won't ever eat here again or suggest it to anyone.
