Frindly and wecoming place.Kung Pao and vegetable egg roll appetizers for lunch.Huge fresh tasty generous portions. I know what I'm gonna have for dinner, too nice.

Disregard the freaks who complain about service. You don't go out to an "order at the counter" restaurant to be pampered and have your feet kissed, you go for food. Now there lies the problem with this place. I had the mushiest orange chicken in my entire life. It was as if the breading was a wet ball of flour. None of the side dishes had much flavor either. The price was not exceptionally affordable so I'm not sure the food was worth it. All that being said, I actually think the staff was very nice.

I absolutely think this little place has the best lemon chicken wings and Singapore noodles in the Valley!! Please try them out!!!

Just tried out this, somewhat new, restaurant located in North Scottsdale. Red Dragon is very clean and modern on the inside, with friendly staff. We split many different traditional Chinese menu items and thought they were good but not amazing. If you are looking for decently affordable standard Chinese fare with a nice atmosphere and pleasant service, Red Dragon is an alright option.

I placed my order at 5:30 pm and requested it for a completion time of 6:45 pm. When I got there right at 6:45 pm. The cashier was giving me a look and said it I think it is cold and I responded with it is 645 exactly when it should be done. I showed her my online confirmation and then asked when it was done. She hesitantly said 10 min which implied they made it when the order was placed at 530 and most likely it has been sitting there for over an hour. She went back and asked them to remake , which I thought they did until I got home and it looks like they just refried the crab puffs and the egg rolls. The crab puff had nothing inside them and the egg rolls were burnt ( see pictures). The teriyaki chicken was not bad but I think they just warmed up the same chicken. If you make mistake own up to it and deliver the best food , not recooked food

We (family of 5) went for Christmas Eve, hoping for a good meal. When we got there at 6:30, we were surprised there were open tables in such a small dining room. We ordered Gen Tso Chicken, Orange Chicken, and Moo Shoo Chicken, then went to sit down. The table was not clean. It was kind of rough and slimy. We got a wet paper towel from the bathroom and cleaned it off. The food took over 40 mins to arrive and while there were takeout orders being picked up, the restaurant was not completely full. Eventually half of our group left so the kids could eat. When the food did come, the staff was polite and apologetic. No discount was offered. In the end, the food was ok. Not stellar. Not sure we will be coming back here. Quite disappointed.

Red Dragon is a great place to dine. The orange chicken and beef broccoli are wonderful, and the ramen soup is amazing. I ordered the Dragon Flame ramen with crispy chicken and enjoyed it so much that I packed one for my wife after finishing mine. The service isn't the best, but the server is super nice and knows what we want. The ambiance is cozy and inviting, with warm lighting and tasteful décor that makes for a pleasant dining experience. There's no fancy furniture, but it's a quiet place to dine with friends.

We are traveling and this was actually better than our favorite usual place back home. I had the Kung Pao chicken. It was delectable! I would definitely come back. Great customer service too.

This is one of my favorite lunch spots in the area. The food is always tasty without being overly sauced like many restaurants in this category. Portions are a good size and the lunch specials are reasonably priced. Order at the counter and seat yourself. Nothing fancy here....just good food.
