Red Devil Italian Restaurant & Pizzeria

It's been 11 years since I have been here and it is just as great now as it was then.The only problem is deciding what I will have.I started eating here in 1968 and I have always loved the old world atmosphere.But, the staff still follows the same tenets as they do back then. "You are family" I just hope I can get back there before another 11 years pass me by.

Always great food and service. This family owned business is a favorite of ours for the past 20 years. Casual atmosphere, family style seating for large groups. Food is affordable and serves family style, it's great for sharing. We enjoy the pizza and wing special for 38$ and sides are a must. Fried zucchini and mushrooms cost about 8$ each.

I'm assuming my employer catered from this location since it's closer to our downtown office. My lasagna was good until my coworker found a long black hair inside hers. That's disgusting! Use hair nets for goodness sake. Anyway, couldn't eat it after seeing that. It was inside the layers, not just laying on top of the container

Ordered wings and zucchini. 1/2 garlic parm are great and very tasty. Other 1/2 came hot and I ordered bbq and the zucchini just gross. Ranch dressing is good.

Pretty good find. Lasagna was very good 4 stars. Pizza was surprisingly good 4 stars. Wings crispy pretty good 3 stars. Bread too mushy for my taste 2.5 stars. Pasta very good 4 stars. Service was excellent 5 stars. Overall probably 3.5 stars I do recommend this place. Pretty good.

The service was all right. However, the pizza makers were the star of the show and truly entertaining! The food was on point and the setting was old school meets dive bar meets pizza place- which I think is classic and awesome. Will definitely return next time I'm in town with guests such as my partner or friends- or everyone I know! Thank you!

Been Around A Long TimeRed Devil has been around for a long time because they know what they are doing. The pizza is good, the pasta is good. Such a great spot for a bite to eat.We ordered alfredo, pepperoni/sausage pizza, wings, fried zucchini and mushrooms. It was all very delicious. The pizza had a crispy crust, flavorful sauce, and just the right amount of toppings and cheese. The wings were delicious, meaty, seasoned well, and paired with homade ranch dressing Excellent food and wonderful service! The environment is very relaxing and we will definitely be coming back to eat again soon

This old school Italian/pizza/wings place has been a Phoenix go to for decades. The place is not fancy but has some of the best pizza, wings and old school Italian fare you can get. The prices are unbeatable. The downside to this visit was our automated waitress who couldn't have been anymore bored. She did her job, but with attitude. The ambiance is ok, basic tables and chairs with paper napkins and CC a cheese and chili peppers shakers.A nice touch is they still serve complimentary warm bread and butter when you are seated, which is disappearing in many Italian restaurants. I'll definitely be back with hopefully a better server.

We come here a lot and through brief trial and error we have found the best combinations at this pizza and wing establishment is pizza and wings, pasta is okay but wings are the way to go.
