Everything is overpriced and they have no qualms about selling expired food. They are convenient to the neighborhood and I keep suckering into going here. Today was the last day. I watched the manager follow a black customer through the store for no valid reason. The man became (understandably) angry and called the manager out saying he and his wife are constantly followed and harassed. He said he has been shopping there for the last five years and every other employee treats him with respect. Another (black) employee empathized with the customer as if he agreed and understood that the manager is a racist asshole. I've been shopping there for nearly 14 years and have NEVER been followed (I'm white). Shit, I couldn't get service from that dude if I begged. Oh yeah, I got home to find that ALL my prepackaged produce was bad. Fuck this place.

This store is dark and dreary inside, I felt like I walked into a grocery store in the 1950's or 60's back when grocery stores were "markets" and quite small. There was no one else in there but my friend and I.There were two employees, one cashier, and an older man who follows customers around to make sure they don't shoplift. I felt uncomfortable, being watched like this, so I left and went to a nearby Safeway.

Went in to get something for lunch from the deli and was surprised to find not one of the deli workers wearing a mask dealing with the public talking over the food their serving and not wearing a mask ridiculous! in the middle of a pandemic they have decided to care so little for the health of their customers

We live close to the store.As for their prices..I would say it's a bit expensive..as for the quality of product.. sometimes you can really buy very good food, but today for example we bought shrimps..and they are smell bad.I understand, everything might happen, that's why we still use the store.

This place completely sucks. Can someone buy this place, tear it down and build a Safeway or QFC.? Every time I walk in looking for what I need,,,, I turn around and walk right out. They have nothing good.

Pretty good store to quickly buy something you need... quickly but I did buy a couple things last year that was expired from this place.Honestly I wouldn't recommend buying foods that were wrapped and packaged by the store, DUE to its mold I found in some of the cakes (which I was too busy and in a rush to even mention to them).Cons: - VERY expensive here.Their cereal is about $6-$7 and the big bags around $8.Your better off going to Walmart (even though it's a drive :/ but it's better than doing your grocery shopping here) - Their bags are 9 cents, so try to bring your own bags! To save money after expensive shopping.- Chips are way more expensive then if you were to get em from Fred Myers on a deal. Or Safeway with your free Safeway account.- They DONT have a good variety of WIC options for cheese, bread, and a lot of other things WIC offers, So if your pregnant or using a WIC card, TRY to use EBT instead, because you'll be scanning a whole lot of items looking for a WIC approved item.- THEY DO ACCEPT EBT so save yourself money at this place. Because LIKE everyone says... it is NOT cheap.Pros: - Great people working there. - Always nice and helpful, but poorly trained with a few things they should know about for some items that offer "buy 1, get 1 FREE items". - They MAY be expensive, but their Backwoods "PACKS" of 5.. are sooo cheap! They don't always have backwoods in packs, but when they do... ugh ! SO WORTH IT. Nice, Fresh, and very Sexy packages that sell out quickly. Wayyy cheaper than Cali backwoods, and definitely NOT eveerrrr DRY. #GetchoooBACKWOODS

Indian cashier with glasses was so helpful and such nice guy. He always welcomes me with a smile and hello and is willing to check for things for me if I can't find it. He's a great employee for this store. Appreciate you

I recently moved to the area and was glad to see a grocery market nearby however I was displeased to find out I bought over priced expired goods. I now look at this place with disgust every time I have to drive by it. Fred Meyers or Safeway is worth the drive even if it's 10 minutes further.

They price gouge and are very racist. They often ask me if I'm paying with food stamps even when I have my debit card in my hand. Nothing wrong with food stamps but they only make that assumption each time solely because I'm black. The other day I walked in and tried to get an avocado but realized they were THREE dollars an avocado and then started walking out. On my way out the supervisor came up to me and asked me why I wasn't buying anything that day. He clearly thought I was stealing.
