Reckless Noodle House has been on my to try list for a while now. We had some friends visit from out of town and took the opportunity to try it together! Friends reported drinks were strong, I think that's a good thing yeah? Spicy wontons and were a hit with the group, fresh rolls were mostly noodles, and wok seared turmeric fish was a nice change. The restaurant was dimly lit and I appreciate that the music was at volume that didn't interfere with our conversation. I don't remember our server's name, but she was very energetic!

What a nice find. I'm from Southern California, and live near Westminster. If you know, that basically means I'm around a lot of great Asian cuisine. The Curry Vermicelli Bowl with braised beef cheek blew my pallet away. I didn't expect such a flavorful packed bowl. If you're into spice ask for the ma la chilli oil. Sat at the bar and the bartender was attentive. Sitting where I sat gave the feel of being at the local pub. This place is different and would return when I visit Seattle again.

Reckless noodle is nothing short of perfect. All of their dishes are so hearty, you'll need a box for leftovers. The cocktails are delicious, one of the best painkillers in the city. The curry vermicelli is so full of flavor and the vegetables in it are perfect. Can never go wrong with the Reckless Fried rice with a perfect soft boiled egg every time. We came here for our anniversary this time specifically and the staff went above and beyond to make it super special.

We loved all our food and drinks! The only real critique we had was that, for a place named after their noodles, the noodles were the only part of the food that didn't wow us. The lobster fried rice was actually more impressive to me. But honestly other than that the drinks and soups we had were great with huge portions intended for sharing. They have some items that can be modified for vegetarian, but I didn't see many vegan or gluten free options. The servers were really helpful and friendly. The ambiance was excellent - the decor is kind of a casual but modern jungle/SE Asian vibe with some entertaining neons. We would definitely come back but probably more for the rice and drinks!

Usually smaller hole in the walls are where you find some great finds, this one I think it depends on what you get? I met it up with some friends to check this place out, but unfortunately it fell flat based on other reviews I tried the tamarind seafood udon expecting the balanced sweet salty broth that would bring out the seafood, but it tasted more like just a sour soup focused heavy on the lime which took away from the other tastes and was very unbalanced. The Hokkien Wok noodle said it was a nice big mixed bowl, but underneath was mostly bean sprouts, with a lack of flavor from the tomato sambal sauce with very little spice or flavor that was missing, not even the wok hei or the flavor of wok fried food It was a swing and a miss, the only real good was catching up with people

Went last evening for dinner before a show and it was Delicious. There were 3 of us and with appetizers, drinks and mains it was around $115 , not bad , for what we got . Great spot, but I'm glad we could walk from my friends as I didn't see anything but street parking, but worth it for sure . I will definitely be back!!

A friend recommended I visit this restaurant and reminded me twice while I was in town! All I can say is- I see why! The menu has delicious options and you can literally indulge in all the different bites. I even saw a group next to me order what appeared to be Pho or some type of Noodle Soup with a lovely smelling broth! I'll have to try that next time. On this visit I ordered the Crispy Shrimp, Lobster Fried Rice, Boc choy, and Spicy Wontons. All were delicious and my favorite would have to be the Crispy shrimp! If you haven't visited and are in the mood for some Asian Persuasion, I say try them out!

For an Asian fusion concept, I am a fan. I went here right at opening at 4pm on a Saturday and there were already 20 people outside waiting, but there was more than enough room to seat everyone at first seating. There weren't any new customers until after I finished my meal, so it is interesting. I went here at opening solely for the happy hour deals - roast duck crispy roll ($6 instead of $10) and papaya salad ($5 instead of $9). I also ordered from the regular menu the ma la braised beef cheek noodle. Pricewise it is okay but I have had cheaper, though the ingredients and preparation methods they used did make the dishes taste slightly better than other places. The papaya salad was decent - it had a very slight tanginess and a modest amount of flavor, but I have had better. It was good for the happy hour price. The duck crispy rolls are solid - you wrap them around the lettuce and add the hoisin and chili sauce, which makes a nice appetizer. I wished they were more generous with the duck. The noodles are amazing. The noodle texture is slightly on the softer side but not mushy, and the beef is just, almost melt in your mouth texture! The chili oil makes the dish more bold, and it was not too spicy so it can be catered to a wider audience. If you were to get one dish, the ma la braised beef cheek noodles would be the one to get for a fairly reasonable 5 star experience.Service is okay. The food came out at weird times. I was served the papaya salad first, but it took a good 20 minutes before both the roast duck crispy roll and the noodles to arrive, with the noodles arriving 5 minutes before the crispy roll. The cadence of the dishes could be improved, and not to mention, the noodles were lukewarm when it was served. This and more generous use of ingredients could improve the dining experience a bit more, especially given the price point they are charging.

Reckless Noodle House features food that is a bit elevated version of your favorite Asian noodles. This Asian-fusion still manages to make those dishes pretty tasty and not much different from the original. I came here with my boyfriend and my friend and her boyfriend. We reserved a table right before we arrived to the restaurant and were seated right away. The server placed us at one of outdoor tables near the heater and it was very warm and cozy. It did get a bit hot once our food arrived though. We ordered the Curry Vermicelli Noodles, Mala Beef Cheek Noodles, Shanghai Spicy Wontons and Tamarind Seafood Udon. The Curry Vermicelli Noodles were not as heavy as I thought, it didn't take away from the aroma and variety of taste in the dish though. The Tamarind Seafood Udon were huge in portions. I loved that it had a lot of seafood. This dish is similar to the Thai soup dish Tom Yum. However, this should've had more tamarind powder. It was mostly savory and a bit sweet. The Mala Beef Cheek Noodles were good, not as spicy but the flavor was still very enhanced. The Shanghai Spicy Wontons were so good. They were spicy and savory. A must have appetizer! For drinks we had Reckless Love, Fever Dream, and Hemingway's Daiquiri. Reckless Love was on the sour and bitter side. It tasted like a dry vodka lemon drop.Fever Dream was smokey tasting, yet bitter. My friend said she liked it though! I had the Hemingway's Daiquiri, it was sour but overall had a really good taste. There was a ball shaped ice with lemon zest in it. Reckless Noodles really surprised me despite being one of few Asians that were there eating this Asian- fusion cuisine. I would consider going again!
