SERVICE:You order at the ONE self-serve kiosk they have. If the people in front of you don't know what they want or don't know how to use the iPad, then it can take awhile.FOOD:$15 SUPERBOWL (+ $4 added SHREDDED CHICKEN): this is labeled as one of their most popular grain bowls so I had to give it a try. I really liked it! The Tahini dressing was WATERY, so thin. That's my only compliant. Everything else tasted great. Minus the dressing because you can barely tell since it's so thinned out. AMBIANCE:There is no where to sit here, you must take it to go and find a seat somewhere in the market. Very little interaction with staff here since it's self-order and they just call out names and hand out the food.

This is my go to bowl spot and what I enjoy the most is the consistent and vibrant array of vegetables and flavors! You can't miss with Recess. My Fair Lady is my favorite with an addition of warm sweet potatoes. I order this probably 4x/quarter if not more. You cannot lose at Recess!

Good spot in krog for a healthy dinner or lunch! We got the Notorious PIG! It was super yummy and filling. We actually split it between 2 people so it would be a great meal for leftovers as well.

Incredible find! In ATL for business with a desire to keep it healthy. Yelp pointed the way and it was the perfect find. Generous portions of healthy, delicious food. As a plus, the owner directly assisted me in resolving an issue with the contracted delivery service, who mistakenly delivered the food to the hotel next door. His charisma and assistance alone are worth giving this establishment my business. Add to that, the quality food makes it a no brainer that I'll be placing an order every time I'm in town. Thanks!

Recess is my favorite and my go to bowl and salad place. I am a huge salad snob and always prefer to make my own salads to most restaurants but Recess never bores or disappoints me. I consistently find myself being impressed and inspired. 5 stars.

I recommend this as a perfect healthy lunch bowl. The pesto sauce is so tasty. The whole meal is filling without being too heavy.

Got the Year of the Tiger bowl (with avocado added) today for lunch! It was incredibly flavorful and well seasoned. My favorite component of the bowl was the beet chips. They gave an ample side of sauce to use on the bowl, but I only ended up needing a small amount because it was pretty spicy. The avocado was a bit pricy to add ($2.50 for a small half of an avo), but I understand that prices are increasing everywhere nowadays. Will definitely return and would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a fresh, healthy, and very filling meal at Krog!

Excellent food. Easy pickup with order ahead. I will go again! Easy in and out of the parking deck.

1st time at Recess with a friend after yelping healthy restaurants in the area. We both had the Superbowl and shared the loaded sweet potato fries. We ate at Krog Street Market and before we left, we both ordered another Superbowl to go. It was THAT good. I've been craving another ever since. If I didn't live 23 miles away, I'd probably try to eat there several times a week. Can't wait to get back.
