Re Di Roma Wood Fired Pizza Food Truck

What a great addition to the Phoenix Rising Football matches! This caprese salad was the perfect meal for a warm summer match. Left me satiated and refreshed from the coolness of the ingredients. It was easy to order with friendly service, and a quick turnaround time to produce the food ordered. Due to being a food truck, the ambiance is the surrounding scenery but I do appreciate they brought a couple chairs you could sit on while you waited. Definitely return at future matches or if I saw around town!

Fabulous!!! I love this pizza & I come from the east coast where you tell it like it is... No joke! Get some! Great customer service.. mobile so you need to see where they may be located.. they were in my neighborhood so that was awesome . Stunning & clean .

We tried the tartufata pizza. It's a extra thin Neapolitan style pizza and I did like that part. On this flavor pizza the cheese comes out very rubbery. The mushrooms were very thick and spongy. We didn't taste the truffle oil but our slices were oily. We probably would enjoy a different variety of pizza more.

I'd heard about their pizza but was never somewhere they were until today and now? omg I will absolutely be hunting them down way more often! The owners are so sweet and this is the best pizza I've had in forever!!!

Tried this tonight with my husband for the first time. It was truly amazing pizza! Owners are very nice and sweet! Can't wait to have them host our event.Update!Re di Roma did an amazing job hosting at our gender reveal party!! They showed up on time and all our guest were happy with the food! Truly they are the sweetest couple! We let off our smoke bombs and it was BLUE! Re Di Roma was so thoughtful and then made their lights blue to their truck! Extremely thoughtful and made us so HAPPY!!Give them a try, you will love it!!!!

WOW Their pizza was awesome. I hired them for a community party in April. Kristen was super nice to work with. Their pizza is up there with the best neopolitan pizza in the valley. Ouadid is a pizza maker from Rome and knows his stuff. The salads were yummy too. If you need a pizza truck these are the people. We cant wait to have them again next year. The only problem was choosing between all of the choices. Check their schedule and go visit them. You will be amazed.

Food was delicious. Pear salad with balsamic dressing was exceptional. Staff is very friendly and provided outstanding customer attention. I am usually not a fan of food trucks but this was a game changer. Thanks.

Out of all the pizzas I tried at the Pizza Festival yesterday this one was the best. Delicious flavor and an amazing chewy crust. 10/10 recommend. :)
