RB Sushi

4 stars for the food and service, 1 star for the cleanliness. The hostess was the friendliest and seated us promptly. She reminded me of Erin from the show The Office :)Upon sitting down my arms were stuck to the surface of the table. I looked down on the floor and could immediately spot trash and see where things hadn't been cleaned in a while. There were fingernails that were visible and dusty as well. Menus also had a scent like they aren't wiped down regularly. The food was really good with the exception of the spicy yellowfin wonton tacos, which even after notifying the waitress that I didn't like them, she still chose to leave on my tab and made me pay for (I had one bite and left the whole thing).Other than that, flavor was great with all the rolls we had.I want to say I'd come back, but cleanliness is a huge factor for me and I'm not sure right now.

On our way to San Diego and our family was craving good sushi. Based on reviews, we decided on RB sushi.We were greeted by our friendly waitress.Based on recommendation we ordered several sushi rolls, including a hand roll... all done so well, very flavorful! Definitely suggest that you give this place a try for some good, fresh sushi

We are brand new diners. Our other favorite sushi restaurant closed unexpectedly so here we are. I wanted RB Sushi to be good. I had tempura. I am feeling pained writing this but it was soggy and undercooked. The batter was raw which was obvious in the broccoli in particular... all those nooks and crannies captured the raw batter. My hub said the sushi was ok. I am hoping it was an off day because I know others in the neighborhood who dine here. I want to let everyone know that many friends at our golf club eat at RB Sushi without complaint. I say give them a chance.

I came here last week and the food was incredible. Our waitress Lina was fantastic when giving us recommendations on the menu. We tried the toro and loved it! Thank you Lina for the being the best to us! Will definitely be coming back the next time we are in the area.

I need a really big fan like this is my future home. Ambiance is cute very Japanese. Sushi is SO GOOD!!!!! Would recommend deep fried phil, heart attack roll, Kimmy & blossom. Also look how extra their wasabi is. Beer is great as usual. The server was hard working as she was by herself and handled the stressful situation well. Also where can I buy this fan????

This is our favorite sushi restaurant to order from and/or dine in at. The place is adorable and inviting - there's a beautiful fan that is awesome to look at. The staff is friendly and polite and service is quick and wonderful. Everything they offer is delicious. Definitely worth it!

Unfortunately RB sushi's value has gone down quite a bit. We came twice in the past 2 months and it's been mostly empty from 2-5pm. The sushi rolls are heavy on rice and not much on creativity. They're not bad but I think for happy hour, the prices should be a little lower than 20% off. Everyone misses their OG AYCE option.Service is friendly and efficient.

Pretty good. But dang $17 . I got it for carry out for lunch. It was filling. I couldn't eat it all in one sitting. Still tasted good later on after I had in the fridge.

I took my wife here for sushi and we give it 2.5 stars but there are no half stars, so I had to round up to 3 stars. We didn't have reservations and they seat us immediately. Our server Anastasia was great and we loved the spicy, garlic edamame but the rolls weren't fresh. We ordered the Rainbow, Tommy and Dynamite rolls but they tasted like they had been out for a while. I was surprised at how fast they arrived, after I placed my order but it was obviously not fresh. I can't recommend this place and won't be back.

The person serving us was a little rude and rushing. They would ask if we were done with the plate, we said no, and they still insist on taking the plate away. The server seemed upset, but they looked like they were the only one working, so I sympathize with them. For food, I recommend the Blossom sushi. Yummm! I am a big fan of the ambiance. The tapestry was pretty, cherry blossoms, lanterns very cool! Hug fan of the large ceiling fan. I would love to sit under that on a hot summer day! Overall, very good place, and workers need more support!
