10.2022Cool ice cream/ yogurt shop in the heart of Westgate.I was sooo happy for the non-dairy options and the options galore to add to my cup of frozen joy.This place was clean and offered indoor and outdoor seating. We sat outdoors as it was a nice evening out.My only wish is that the cashier was more present. She did not speak. She spoke when spoken to only. A little preoccupied.I would visit again !!

To start off, love places like this where you self serve yourself and pick out fun toppings!!! A great variety of toppings to choose from!!! Engagement with staff was nice! The only downside is of course, as most places nowadays is pricing( it's weighed at the end)! Also there were only a few tables inside but some didn't even have chairs...There's also seating around outside all over since this is the Westgate location !

A big shoutout to Aviana who served us so wonderfully! As far as flavors of frozen yogurt, my favorite was the Pineapple Dole! Very refreshing!

I tried the mango, raspberry and cotton candy sorbet. It hit the spot on a warm evening. There were an assortment of toppings to choose from. The place could have been a little cleaner, especially the floors. But considering the high volume of traffic and minimal staff, it was understandable. Located in the Westgate Entertainment District

It's an okay froyo place. Nothing really stood out to me. Some of their toppings like the cookies were hard and stale each time I have visited so that was a bummer. I really wanted to like this location but I'll stick to the other places I like. The tables have been dirty each visit I have gone and we have also only been the only customers so I don't understand why the tables would be dirty? Employees have also seemed not to care and will only come out from the back to ring you up, then they go back and disappear. Overall I'd rather go to Cold Stone that's in the same area or visit another froyo place.

Went here for dessert after Yard House. Self serve, about 8-10 different flavors available. I went with some chocolate yogurt, and threw on some heath, butterfingers and sliced almonds. It was pretty good! Not too sweet, a nice refreshing dessert on this hot day in AZ.

Frozen yogurt was good, the attention of the employees were not so great. There was a kid when I was in the shop going from machine to machine using his fingers to grab the residual frozen yogurt from the tip of the dispenser and putting in his mouth. This is very unsanitary and just plain gross, nothing was said from the employees while this was going on. I quickly went to the untouched machines and dispensed a small amount of frozen yogurt, then on to the toppings. The section was small, but they had the standard toppings( sprinkles, chocolate chips, cookie dough bites, gummy bears, etc.). The frozen yogurt had a good flavor but I was unable to try more than the two flavors I got due to the kid. I would probably think twice before going again.

This is the fastest cashier!!!!!!! I really recommend coming here service was out of this world!!! The ice cream was so cold but also amazing

Did not open on time. The person was in the store slowly arranging spoons in toppings while a crowd waited outside 15min after opening time. She could clearly see the crowd.

I would rather give them 0 stars. I am super sensitive to dairy and I saw they had a pineapple sorbet, which is not supposed to have dairy. I ate it even though I questioned if it had dairy in it because of the color and taste. I kept thinking it's a sorbet they wouldn't. It has damn dairy in the pineapple. This looks more like ice cream then pineapple sorbet. Worst spot ever!!!!!
