Razzleberriez Frozen Yogurt

Place is expensive. Paid $15 for my cup. I got the cheesecake flavor yogurt and it didn't taste like cheesecake, it was nasty.

SO EXPENSIVE! Better off getting Cold Stone or a gelato at Fabio on Fire. Got two cups of just small amount of yogurt, no toppings. Each came out to more than $5.

I recently visited Razzleberriez Frozen Yogurt and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I ordered a serving of cheesecake ice cream, but to my dismay, it was rotten and inedible. I immediately informed the manager about the issue, and despite throwing away the ice cream, I was charged for a replacement. When I questioned this decision, the manager seemed uninterested and repeatedly promised to "check it." This lack of accountability and customer service left me deeply disappointed. I believe that when a customer receives spoiled food, it should be replaced without hesitation, especially when it's pointed out immediately. My visit to Razzleberriez was marred by this incident, and I hope that the management takes customer feedback seriously to ensure better experiences in the future.

Every single time we come here the workers are rude especially when you don't tip them. Is there a reason I would tip when I'm the one making my own ice cream? Making your own yogurt cup is NOT a service business. Tonight was the last straw! Walk in at 9:40 when you guys close at 10pm. There are customers sitting inside and already half of the toppings are put away. I ask for the topping I always get and they said it's already put away, so I put my plain vanilla on the scale and it reads 6.6. The worker proceeds to put the spoon in the cup and it goes up to 6.8. Then charges me. Then again asking for a tip. hmmmmm. Scam!!!! Joke!!!!

We'll hello inflation or is it owner greed, used to get a couple cups for around $12 now it's $20. I guess the owner found a opening to up the profits.Will not be coming here anymore. The gold encrusted soft serve is just to expensive now /s

Welp never thought Id spend 43 dollars on 2 cups of frozen yogurt with barely any toppings in them. Might I add they don't do fruit anymore. Super expensive! Lost my business!

As others have said this place is sooooo expensive. We used to come here maybe 1x a month because it's our daughters favorite. Lately we can't get out of here for under $25 and we don't get large servings or toppings. They also don't let you do your own samples anymore which I just think is irritating!

Their prices have gone way through the roof! For two of the smaller cups that weren't even full and, had no toppings was about $23!!! I understand the whole inflation issue throughout the U.S. but, this is pure greed! There never seems to be more than one employee there at any given time so, it can't be for the labor. There's no cooking involved l, just dumping liquid into a machine that does the work for you. Paper goods haven't gone up that much so, the money must just be lining the owners pockets. I won't be going back unless the prices go way down!

This establishment provides a great source of family fun! Bringing together frozen yogurt, ice cream, and an assortment of drinks. VERY PRICEY. The place is overall clean and has awesome customer service. The two workers that that i got to meet gave me such an exciting experience ( the short 5'0 blonde girl had a great attitude) so much so!! that i gave her a $50 tip. ( btw she's my ex's best friend) I luv this place 10/10 would recommend to any nearby source

Came in around 8, watched at least 10 people walk out without paying for their ice cream because when a new party walked in, the worker upfront would walk away and sometimes not come back till they left. Started playing a game of if she'd choose the back door or the bathroom as her hide out each time. Considering 1 icecream costs around $20 here, in the span of 40 minutes this place lost at minimum $200. Can't imagine how much this business lost in a whole day of these antics. Makes sense why the price is so expensive. Hope that the owner is at least aware. One star for the entertainment.
