I had no clue this location was here! But I'm glad I found it. I love Randy's Pizza!I was craving some cheese pizza and knew I wanted Randy's. I placed a to go order and it was ready pretty quickly after I ordered. When I went to pick it up, it was super hot and the staff made sure I had everything I needed. It was delicious, I may go back for more tomorrow. The garlic knots were also pretty good.

Yikes. 2 back to back failed delivery experiences. First time completely forgot our order but gave us our meal for free so we thought we would give them a second chance. Second time quoted 45 minute delivery that turned into about 90+ minutes. Greek salad is delicious, other than that pizza is average.

Good luck getting your order. I am now on my third incident of my order not ready (not even started). Whether it is called in or through the Slice app, I no longer have any faith in actually having food ready when we pick up. My husband and kids would go weekly in the summer and order a slice at the counter - that seems to go fine. Quality is also inconsistent. Plain cheese or pepperoni is good. But specialty, like bbq chicken, can be very hit or miss. Once my slice was drowning in bbq sauce. I lived in Brooklyn for a decade. This does not hit the mark. I NY pizza over in hope valley commons is a better bet.

Enjoyed the crisp thin crust veggie pizza and my companions gave the thumbs up to the pizza by the slice. It was also a great treat to sit on the patio and enjoy the cover band and the tap drinks from Growlerz next door.

I ordered a pizza thru GrubHub. It was delivered to a wrong address. Randy's Pizza argued with me about the delivery. The drivers word against mine. It was delivered by a Randy's Pizza driver. They would not replace the pizza & told me I was going to have to contact GrubHub for a refund. It was the most insane conversation ever. Very rude. I cannot go any lower than a one so I am giving them one star. They do not even deserve that.UPDATE: I was contacted by the owner & the person I spoke to with apologies. I am getting a credit. I am really happy this is resolved because they truly do have THE best pizza!

Our family loves Randy's! They are always super quick but quality, and you can tell they use fresh ingredients. Since we're regulars we've gotten to know the staff a bit and they are really sweet and welcoming. Honestly the best pizza place in Durham!

I am originally from NY, and nothing comes close to authentic NY Style pizza like Randy's! The food is excellent-- my go-to order is an 18 inch (yes, 18 inch!!) Elia's Classic Greek pizza, garlic knots, and a Caesar salad with grilled chicken! The friendliness of the staff, fresh food, and consistency of the food quality makes Randy's the best pizza you can find in the Triangle. During the weekend evenings in the summer, you can sit out on the Randy's patio and enjoy live music performances while enjoying your dinner-- perfect for small get-together's with friends and family. Be sure to call in your order in advance! Randy's is a popular spot, and you may need to wait a while if you walk in during the dinner rush.

Kind of tasteless and bland pizza. Crust not flavorful, but I liked the thinness. With so many other Pizza options, I won't be coming back here. The ingredients did not appear to be of high quality.
