I have been driving by here on my way to work and decided to finally stop in and get donuts for my husband and I to try. I went through the drive through and it moved quickly. I can't say anything about the ambiance because I didn't go in.I got the old fashion chocolate, the lemon old fashion, the blueberry, the devil's food chocolate and the plain cake with chocolate frosting. OMG! We loved the old fashioned chocolate so much. The lemon one was good, but I personally love chocolate so much, so there you go. We haven't tried all of them because we froze some of them for another time. I'm so excited about these donuts. We have always gone to Bosa Donuts, which are really good, and these are even better.

I am a big fan of the Los Angeles location and was HAPPY when this location opened in Arizona! My disappointment comes from the Arizona location running out of the types of donuts/frittersI that I drive there for. This has happened multiple times to me on weekends between 9 and 10 AM. Everything tastes good and service seems to be improving a little by little as they get more experience.

Terrible service!! They were rushing us while we ordered. Gave us the smallest drinks ($4.50) in a 8oz cup! The doughnuts and croissant were delicious. First time here. Unfortunately the service was so bad I won't be going back.

I've been to Randy's in California and was excited to know they're now in Arizona. My love, my 'bad for you' favorite are fritters. That apple fritter was larger than my hand! Amazing! I could've eaten a dozen but only bought two that lasted several days and still tasted wonderful. I will definitely be back for more. So much better than most I've tasted and the size was fantastic!

Nothing like the OG South Central LA location back home on Century & Normandie. So disappointed in this new location and I really wanted to love this place! The donut case was almost empty and what was left didn't look anything like what I grew up eating. The staff were somewhat friendly. My son and his girlfriend got two donuts. I didn't buy anything. The kids said the donuts were ok. Two donuts cost over $6.00... don't waste your time.

I appreciate Rachel reaching out for a second chance! It's still a no go for me. I purposely waited a month to see if anything would change but was still disappointed. Got two jelly donuts and they were awful. They were old first off, overly doughy, oily and lacked icing. The filling was tasty. I won't be returning as it's too far of a drive to be hit or miss.

Randy's DonutsCan't miss where Randy's Donuts location is with the 10 ft Donut in front that says "Randy's Donuts" on it.We did the drive thru which was fast and easy, swung around, ordered and up to the window to pickup and pay. These are the four donuts that we chose:Chocolate CrondyGlazed CrondyThe Crondy Donuts were good, layers of delicious bites just like a croissant, I would recommend the chocolate one.Maple Raised with Churros was great tasty treat, loved the maple over the Donut and the sweetness of the churro was perfect. Texas Glazed is a classic soft and sweet, guess I will need to take another Metformin to get my glucose down.

I was so excited to learn Randy's Donuts, and LA classic, was expanding into Phoenix. I understand there's a learning curve when opening a new store, but there's lots of room for improvement.First is the facility. I can understand why a restaurant in this part of town and in this street would be appealing, though I believe this exact one was a mistake. Donut shops must be prepared for heavy morning traffic. Not only is it on the wrong side of the street to accommodate morning inbound traffic, but the drive through area is both tight and confusing. Drivers don't have any direction other than orange markers dividing two narrow lanes. There is no signage to advise which lane is for drive through traffic and which is not. This is a disaster waiting to happen if someone steps outside the building and into entering vehicular traffic. Further, if you have the luxury of time, parking is very limited and next to impossible to access after leaving the drive through window.Second is the Customer Service. It was forgettable. There was nothing said or done that made me feel welcomed. This is a big mistake for any brand entering a new market, especially when that market is already saturated with competitors with a loyal following. With proper training and "enforcement ", this can be remedied. Will it?Third is the food. On my last visit to LA, I left feeling like I'd had an out of body experience, having had the best donut of my life. For this location, nothing was further from the truth. The Glazed Raised was dense, not light. The Devil's Food was dry and presented like no one cared what it looked like, given the finger imprints. At this price point, I can tell you there's one person who does care, me!I certainly hope the experience was merely part of Randy's Donuts short term growing pains. While I doubt they'll move to a more suitable facility, everything else is in their control and can be quickly fixed. I hope they are up to the challenge.

Don't Bother! We placed an online order. My husband picked it up. Came home. Short 2 donuts!!!Also a premium (3.65) was replaced with a classic donut. (1.90)Why wouldn't they ask what donuts to replace our order with????No refund! No donuts in place of missing! These aren't cheap donuts. Not .79 bashas donuts. We're robbed of almost $8And sadly they aren't good. Better than fry's but well below Bashas.

Terrible donuts, threw $13.30 worth of donut away. The only thing good about the lemon old fashioned was the lemon on top, the donut was oily tasting, only 1 bite taken. The Long John cream filling and chocolate was the best thing luckily there was plenty of the cream and that is the only reason I ate it all. The Long John home for the tasty cream was oily tasting . The third donut was the Chocolate Crondy was under cooked, chewy, rubbery and disgusting I actually spat it into the trash and threw the rest away, Cinnamon roll, second lemon old fashioned. Also if what some reviews say the donuts are not made on site, that is terrible, To put the store front employees with this low quality product to sell and take any of the customer complaints. Also not making Donuts on-site is just not right.Don't tell us about how you're doing your best to train them because you're not. You are doing your staff an injustice by not supervising the training and ensuring they know what they are doing. Someone should be tasting the batches. What if you went to your favorite burger place and ordered a meal deal? Burger, fries and a soda and it cost you $13.30 and the burger was raw and the fries were half cooked. You complain to the manager and are told we are doing the best to train our employees. I called corporate and of the 9 possible extensions everyone I tried went straight to voicemail. Maybe it recognizes Phoenix area codes. In closing I don't think I will tell my favorite donut shop The Original Rainbow Donuts 15834 N Cave Creek RdPhoenix, AZ 85032. That I cheated on them...just this once.
