We picked Ramen Hood randomly, we wanted ramen, what's nearby? Ok let's do it!First off SUPER CLEAN RESTAURANT, like hospital sanitary. The staff is ON IT if you are done with a dish, it's gone!Ordering is a little odd, the kiosk is easy to navigate, very easy to modify your order and add whatever toppings you want. Can't believe an EGG is a premium topping as that's fairly standard for ramen but whatever. The portions are LARGE come hungry this is a big honking bowl of ramen! It's well seasoned, and the proteins are not skimped on!Price is a little high for ramen in my opinion but in this economy it's not unexpected.Overall and really great place to come we will be back!!

Finally came in because it looked slow. At 6:15 p.m.!There's a self order kiosk, two actually. It's simple to operate.Ramen bowls are tasty and hefty portions, you could share these entrees. My BYOB was ordered with Teriyaki chicken and the pieces ranged in size from bite size to pieces that would require several bites. It was nest to concoct my own creation and I sorta ended up with a Japanese-Mexican fusion with the combo of spicy miso, Jalapeño, cilantro, corn.Fountain Soda are Coke products and there are free refills. They do offer other drink options, but no beer, wine and such. The restaurant is roomy with plenty of seating including single seating options against the wall.Fun and creative artwork on wall.In the mood for soup, give this place a try. From plain to spicy, the options are YUMMY.

My Wife and I wanted to try a ramen place me for the first time, and her because the last one she tried wasn't good. I searched Yelp and found this one.Upon visiting, it wasn't what I thought in that there isn't someone taking your order, instead you do it yourself at the kiosk, which was fast and simple. The cook was helpful in explaining what some of the ingredients we weren't sure of, were. It didn't take long for the order to arrive after placing it I was surprised by the amount they gave you, I took some home. The food was delicious, especially the broth. I could slurp the broth all day. We went on a Saturday around 7p and were the only guests there. For two BYOB and drinks we paid $40. Well be going back.

Fast service ramen. Nothing special. The kitchen sends items out straight from the fridge such as my added egg. Still very ice cold. The sauce that came with the gyoza was also ice cold.

Such a fun restaurant and a dream for the introvert eater. You create your ramen with the tablet ordering system and can sit at a table or at these really cool divider seating! Bit pricey but once you eat it you'll understand why. A must eat in AZ!

Service was very friendly. We were expecting menu boards to be up but they just had 2 kiosks where you choose your items and bring your receipt and pay. I customized mine, bc I like my ramen like I like my life: spicy I had the spicy miso base soup with regular noodles, pork, Naruto, seaweed, seasoned soft egg, bean sprouts, green onions, seasoned bamboo shoots, chili oil, cilantro & togarashi. It wasn't too spicy but had a decent kick. The broth was decently flavored, not too salty, with a little depth. If you get the soft egg in it, you might want to let it sit in there for a few extra minutes to warm through. My mini had the noodles, pork and regular pork soup base. I didn't think it looked that good but she was delighted in it. She's more of a "no extras" when it comes to ramen. Sometimes she's a little basic like me. They take money off the base price if you don't add toppings or proteins. Of course, you can always add more items. They have pretty standard music, it's not too loud. Currently there are 2 appetizers, gyoza and edamame. We didn't try them bc I was certain we were not going to finish our ramen. I was correct. It's like fast food but with ramen, and the mini loved it, so we'll probably be back when we are in the area.

The inside is pretty cute. The food was very delicious! It might be the best ramen I've ever had. Everything is super customizable as well. With different broths and toppings. The service was quick too. They also have a seating section for people eating alone if you like having some privacy.

My daughter and I checked out this spot on a Saturday afternoon around 2pm. I loved convenience of the placing your order at the kiosk and paying. My daughter both did the build your bowl and both of us went with traditional noodles and teriyaki chicken. There several items you can add to your bowl.. sprouts, cabbage, soft boiled eggs etc. We also ordered the gyoza. The food came out within 10-15 mins . The bowls were pretty big, and looked and smelled amazing. The gyoza was really tasty!! Next were the bowls. My daughter and I both agreed that they were good. They added ample teriyaki chicken to both bowls, and it tasted really good. The broth alone was amazing but everything together was the icing on the cake. Bonus is that depending on your appetite you will either be stuffed or have some to take home which happened in our case. It had me craving ramen the rest of the week.

I had been wanting to visit this place for a while. Once you walk in to the restaurant, you walk up to a couple of tablets where you place your order and then walk over to the register to pay. I don't really see the point of it since you still have to pay at a separate register. They have a build your own option where you can add the noodles, broth and toppings of your choice. I felt like it was a little overpriced for what you get. We did get our food fairly quickly. They also have the very traditional single stalls if you want to eat on your own, they have a section off to the side for that. Overall, I probably wouldn't make the drive to visit again.

Broth isn't rich, and it lacks character and complexity. Noodles pretty pathetic, and I'd bet they're not even fresh.. I'm going to be critical here, but it's not good ramen.Ramen place in downtown Chandler is acceptable, but at least it's leaps and bounds greater than this place.Anyone giving this place 5 stars apparently doesn't know what good ramen is.Asian food place in an Asian plaza, that doesn't meet the palette of foodies that know Asian food. After eating my Angry Chicken leftovers, I can sum this place with the following: this is the Pei Wei of Ramen. You're all welcome for me saving you some money.
