Ramen Dozo

Hands down the best ramen I've had in the East Valley. My go to order is the Spicy Miso Ramen with Tofu. The broth is rich and flavorful. They also have a spicy chili oil that can pack some extra heat. You can taste that they have taken the time to prepare the broth over time. And you can't beat the price for the type of quality you receive in a bowl of ramen here.I'm always greeted by the friendly waitresses and they remembered my boyfriend and my orders. That's how frequent we love coming here during the cooler months. When you're in the mood for a quality bowl of ramen, this place will provide you with that.

This is a good ramen spot and close to my house. This is more like a place to go when youre craving a fast ramen meal. Its more of a fast food vibe (nothing wrong with that at all!).The prices are also good and service is great. Their bowls are big so ive learned to just share a ramen bowl with my kiddo and basically triple the meat order lol. Also quick tip if you go and order ramen ...and want to take some home. The ramen doesnt store well if combined with the soup, so you have to separate it. That is where this tip comes in handy: their ramen bowls have a little rigid edge if you look closely ...that is the spot you use to pour the soup from bowl 2 to go container without making a mess. One of the waitresses showed me.

4 stars because I get to go orders so I don't know how they are for sit down.They have about 8 tables inside and they were full. Their broths are flavorful and staff explains all options if you're new to their establishment. Huge portions lots of noodles I do wish there was more protein in the order. It seems like a lot of places have increased the amount of empty carbs in meals to offset the more expensive proteins.

We were craving some saimin on a cold, rainy day and stumbled upon this place after many great reviews! I'm so glad we stopped here. I'm pretty sensitive to salty foods and I was impressed by the shoyu ramen and how nice the flavor was. Not too salty and I'm glad I chose the pork! The additions they include were great...I just wish we could've gotten more fish cake!! I love squid and the geso karaage was actually really good! I will be getting both of these again. We were greeted immediately when we walked in and got to pick our table. We came in around 6 pm on a Monday night and there was more than enough seating options. Our server asked if we had been in before and was happy to provide more info if we had questions. They got busy with dine-in customers as we were eating and they were also getting a lot of phone calls for to-go orders. The private parking lot is very spacious and there are no problems with parking. I definitely want to come back and try other things on the menu. Donburi, sushi, other flavors of ramen, etc.

One of my fav ramen places!! I always get the tonkotsu ramen with pork. Love the flavorful, but not too salty broth and the noodle texture is the right amount of chewy. Nice toppings as well and all for a great price.

Great customer service and the food is delicious. If your craving ramen is would definitely recommend here. They also have bento boxes, sushi and more. Its a cozy quiet place as well.

This place is phenomenal. Just the interior itself makes me feel like I'm in an authentic ramen shop. Watching the chefs work behind the bar set the vibe. The service was amazing, they are very attentive. Now let's get to the food! The broth on my spicy miso soup was so flavorful and delicious. The noodles themselves where well cooked. Everything from the appetizers to the main dishes where nothing short of spectacular. So far this place is my favorite ramen spot, it took out my precious number 1. The Dim Sum is amazing- and the ramen has a great flavor- not bland at all. The staff greet me within 30 seconds of walking in the door, and the cooks and servers are very helpful at guiding to what was best on the menu. I usually get takeout instead of dining in and they always pack a spicy option on the side if I decline the spicy option- that way I can choose how spicy it is when I add the spicy sauce at home. The place is super cute yet not overwhelming with decor, they also have a lot of personal touches like a cartoon on their tip jar! 10/10 on the food and for a decent price too! They have combos with the ramen as well which I have not seen anywhere else. So glad I live close by :)
