Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

Raising Cane's is good no matter the location, and this store was no exception. In fact, it was pretty awesome, and this place is hoppin' for a reason. Zion at the register was so super friendly, fast, and efficient. He smiled the entire time, and asked all his questions without interrupting. The store was very clean too. Despite it being as busy as it was, a woman was constantly moving; refilling napkins, wiping down every surface, cleaning the bathrooms, and sweeping. And somehow, all this got done with a busy drive through, busy lobby, and busy kitchen. The food was also great--so tender and fresh--but... this is where the story becomes embarrassing. But if I don't tell this story, someone else in my shoes might be afraid to ask in the future. My son REALLY loves chicken. Fried chicken, chicken wings, chicken tenders, rotisserie, etc. He's a chicken fiend. And he literally inhaled his food and drank just a little too quickly. And promptly threw up. And apologized profusely and was embarrassed, poor guy. A customer ran to me with a bag. When I approached the counter, Zion happily accommodated my request to give me disinfectant wipes (because I don't want anyone to ever clean up after me in a case like this) and offered to send someone with a mop if we needed it. I cleaned the entire booth, let Zion know once we were finished cleaning so they could get the mop afterwards. Somehow (and quite thankfully), this didn't deter anyone. No one was angry or made a mockery. It was actually nice to have someone come to my rescue but also assure my son (who is autistic) that it's okay, and these things happen.So this was an embarrassing incident turned into a huge positive, and I just wanna say this is a 5/5 star place!I would definitely return.

I recently visited Canes and ordered the Box Combo. I found the experience to be quite good, especially for fast food. The chicken was tender and the outside was crispy, which made for a satisfying meal. I'm also a big fan of the house sauce, which added a nice flavor to the chicken.We also ordered the fries extra crispy, which I would highly recommend if you enjoy a slight crunch with your fries. Overall, I had a great experience at Canes and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quick and tasty meal.

After a long day we stopped here for a late lunch on Friday afternoon. . We decided to do the drive thru. Finding our way into the drive thru was a bit of a mess coming from the side street. The parking for canes is a mess and small area. The line was fairly long, but did move at a good rate. We ordered a few chicken strip meals. Did they shrink the chicken? Because for the price you think it would be more than a sliver. Chicken is ok but not anything over the top. Fries were perfect, crispy and salted great. I don't think I'd stop at this location again.

Always good but notice the strips are getting smaller. I like the fries better than any other fast food restaurants.

The food here was excellent! The employees here were extremely friendly and quick to get me my order. The restaurant was very well-kept and clean. Overall, this is a great family friendly place to eat at and I can't wait to come back here!

They claimed they didn't have any fries so they gave me the option to substitute it for toast, sauce, or coleslaw. The toast is what I chose and it was soggy, plus they forgot my coleslaw. They were also rude worst canes I've been to.

I went through yesterday night which was 06/28/24With my mom to get some canes with the late night coupon which is stated to say free combo of equal or lesser value with the purchase of ANY combo. The workers then decided to straight up lie and say it only works with the box combo and not the caniac which I know is a lie and even questioned them about it which the worker then called the manager and he also double downed on it, I then come to find out that it does in fact work with ANY combo which is crazy to me because you straight up lied to my face about it.

Asked for double bread and got a single piece. Last time i came asked for ketchup straight to the girls face and she didnt give me any. Worst canes ever.

I got a 3 finger combo and didn't even get any fries...Whenever I come to this location they always forget part of my order.

Portions have gotten pathetically small what the hell happened?! Are you trying to starve me into buying a 4 or 6 piece for almost $15 a meal? Tendies were barely the size of 90s/00s Burger King tenders. And less than 20 french fries. A child could finish each tender with 2 bites. Super sad I wasted my money on this.
