Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

Pretty disappointed overall, but let's start with the good. First of all, the cashiers were super friendly. Second, the fast food restaurant was super clean and well layed out. Third, the food was fresh and came out very quickly. The chicken was very moist and fell apart nicely, with a good crunch from the outside breading. The fries came out unsalted, which means you can salt and pepper them to your preferred liking. We left feeling quite full.The rest of what I have to say is negative however. The menu is super limited - you have the option of tenders in a basket or tenders in a bun plus a few side options like fries, coleslaw, and Texas toast. That is it! The prices for these 3 tenders with a bun and fries was $9.99, it also included a drink but we tried the lemonade (which was an extra 32 cent charge that we were not informed about). The coleslaw was bland, crunchy, and flavorless and the rest of the food was greasy and left my stomach uneasy, but full. The total for these two meals was $23.89 - I didn't even get canes sauce to try with my sandwich meal because "it's in the sandwich. You can buy an additional one if you want to try it on other items".We wanted to try something new to us since we were in the area, guess we will stick to our spots.

Work ethic!!! They messed up our drinks completely even when we said it over the loud speaker 3 damn times and they forgot to put our extra sauces in the bag but it was sitting back behind the counter they just didn't put it in the bag. And there were some changes to our combos that they forgot. Idk how bad u have to mess up to forget stuff like that other than u just don't care about your job. And obviously it's canes and it's a minimum wage job for most of its employees and so obviously you can't be happy 100% of the time while working and u may not even care about ur job but maybe just like be an adult and do ur job? I mean we got our food it was good food it's just the service was astoundingly terrible.

Our daughter loves Raising Cane's food & dine in this time. The decor is nice & service always friendly as well. Our food order was the The Box combo which comes w/ 4 chicken tenders, fries, coleslaw & garlic bread. A tip if you do not want your coleslaw; you can substitute for extra fries or sauce which is great. Of course; we usually opt for extra fries because they are our good & can always have more. We noticed a few tables were not cleaned off but someone came within a few minutes & started to clean them. We notice the restaurant is usually busy w/ long line for drive thru & or inside but moves fairly quick. The prices range from kids meals $7 to adult meals starting @ $10-16. If you would like to add their famous cane sauce it's a .40 charge. If you would like to share a meal w/ child; I would suggest ordering the Caniac Combo (6 tenders, fries, coleslaw, garlic bread & a large drink for $16). Our suggestions; please toast & butter both sides of your garlic bread. The last few times of our visits; our bread was not toasted/butter on both sides. Any combo's w/ 4 tenders or more should automatically come w/ 2 dipping sauce's.

It's just sad that they charge more and you get less now. The chicken strips have become nuggets. I knew I should have just drove another 10 seconds to In N Out!!!!

Serving sizes and chicken sizes used to be worth the price but as of my recent visits (drive thru) it has been very disappointing. Portions were so little and i always order a Caniac combo to share with my little brother. He is roughly 80lbs and i am 120lbs, we dont eat out often and when we do it's intended to be a special occurrence (especially considering the rough patch our economy is going through). That is just some background info to help this location gain some perspective on the real people who are your customers, relying on a more consistently positive experience. Thank you to all the staff who work relentlessly dealing with unfair treatment from customers day to day about unrealistic expectations, I hope mine is reasonable and can be taken into consideration.

Always excellent and always clean.Food is excellent. Service was fast and efficient.Only issue with this place is they keep the dinning room way too cold. Like below 68 and you will need a jacket. Coming from 100 to 110 to below 68 is stupid.

My friends have talked about Cane's Chicken fingers so much I had to give them a try. I got there combo 4 piece meal. The Chicken reminds me of KFC. The fries have that frozen food taste . The Texas toast is buttery with not much to it. Now that I got that out of my system I will stick with other types of Chicken ( grilled or roasted ).

I know, a fast food place but Raising Cane' Chicken is no nonsense good! The Cole Slaw is good as are the dipping sauces. I was honestly surprised

Every time I go to the surprise location on Bell Road, I'm amazed. The meal is excellent and fresh. Most of the time, I use the drive-thru, and the service is always prompt and accurate. However, this time I went inside to sit and eat. When I stepped in, I noted how clean the inside was, and the atmosphere was welcoming. The employees were pleasant and courteous; they took my order, and my food arrived shortly afterwards. I love canes chicken!!!!

The chicken size is so small compared to what it was before the pandemic and the price is more! The service is always great and courteous. The dining area is clean and so is the men's bathroom.Todd G. I appreciate the reply but my review is not the only one talking about how the chicken fingers have turned into the chicken toes! Why the reduction in size and increase in price?
