Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

They do get very busy but they are fast. The food is always hot and tasty. You can change out your toast or slaw for double fries. Everyone is very friendly. Dinning room is clean as they have someone to work only in the dining area.

Pretty standard meal here. Drive-thru is not usually crowded and line moves fast. The Box combo has everything going on at good capacity. Bread was hot and sweet tea was sweet. Price up to $13.

The food is so small like what is this chicken tenders? More like a half a tender or a chicken nugget smh I want my other half back. This is not even enough to feed a baby the baby would still be hungry. Do better canes can't express how disappointed I am.

The chicken fingers are crunchy and delicious when they are just fried. They are best hot and moist. It's best to eat in. When they are take out the chicken fingers aren't as good. This is the same as with the delicious fries. They are tasty and crispy and soft inside when hot. Once they get cold they aren't as good. The inside gets hallows out and it becomes dry. Best to eat them in the store right away. They have a good selection of sodas from the soda fountain. Most people I know get the sweet tea or the regular tea. The tea varies in sweetness most of the time. They have wrapped utensils. The ketchup is from a dispenser with the white small paper cups to contain the ketchup. The bread is delicious and soft with a buttery crispy side. So delicious.

My husband and I were starving after a little hike on South Mountain - lucky for us, there was a Cane's close by! We decided to stop at this location and order our usual - a caniac combo with and extra tender. It's the perfect amount of food for us to split without being overly full. Everything was hot and fresh! Honestly, probably the hottest, freshest chicken we've ever had at Cane's, and we've been eating at various Cane's locations for years!!The employees were all friendly, and everyone was working hard. We were in on a Sunday afternoon, and there was a steady flow of customers inside while we were there. They have ample seating both inside and outside. Their patio is even pup-friendly! We absolutely will be coming back to this location should we ever find ourselves on South Mountain again.

I love Raising Canes. I've been eating it since college when I lived in Houston. I recently listened to a podcast about how Todd Graves started this chain and it got me even more hyped about it. But this location needs some work. On the day I moved to Phoenix (Jan 2022), I noticed that it was down the street from where I lived and I was so excited! We picked up dinner from Canes as we were busy moving things in our new home. The fried chicken tenders were decent but the fries were awfully soggy and disappointing. I gave them the benefit of the doubt because I didn't eat it until way later. 4+ visits later, I still feel the same about this Raising Canes. Every single time I come here, I always ask for EXTRA CRISPY fries. They never deliver. It's always barely crispy or soggy. It's usually a pale yellow color which also indicates that it's not extra crispy. The chicken is inconsistent and the quality is questionable. Sometimes it's good and sometimes it's decent, as if it's been sitting for awhile. (I know Canes is supposed to make their fried chicken fresh, made to order). The toast is usually pretty good though. Overall, the quality is not up to par with my past experiences. The main reason why I keep coming back is because it's 3 min drive from my place and I always hope that they'll do better. But nothing has changed. I don't typically fill out surveys on the receipt, but I actually did it for once just to let them know that they need to improve. I hope this review makes a difference.

These chicken strips are the best fast food. Service inside was fast. Interior was pleasant for an early lunch. Thanks for a good lunch!

While in town overseeing my Nephew who's hooked on the 3-Piece combo, I got hooked on the Fries - dedicated fryer. I request extra crispy though. Service was pretty good for this fast food joint inside & out. The Drive-Thru has two lanes with employees outside & happily keeping the lines moving.There's no skimp or extra charge for the condiments, as my Nephew indulge in the popular Cane Sauce. Nephew: "Auntie so you know I don't like Mayonnaise"Me: "Nephew so you know the Cane Sauce you're inhaling is made out of Mayonnaise"He still consumed & we laughed while having our preferred meals. If you opt not to sit inside the well maintained area, there's an outdoor enclosed patio. Three times in one week seemed overkill. Yet, time with Family over French Fries, good service & small change combo's was worth it.

Raising Cane's I often feel is a love it or leave it type of place. For me and my bunch who came from out of state we love it as we do not have it in Washington. I will say Cane's is good wherever we have tried it like Arizona, Nevada or California. What I came here to say was that while the food was consistent and service was top notch the cleanliness of this location was disgusting. I literally almost fell from how wet the rug near the soda machine was. There was piles of swept up trash and rather pick it up as they go they left a pile right next to our table the whole time. The floors were sticky and the soda machine area was in disarray. Dishearten because staff was great, I thought maybe they are short staffed so if that is the case I hope they can fix that and pull it all together.

Ordered a caniac, got home and there were only 3 small chicken fingers. There are supposed to be 6. At close to $18 it's not an insignificant mistake.
