Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

Raising Cane's dinner in Phoenix, AZ! We don't have Raising Cane's in Canada but when I travel to US, I search for the closest location, always.We always order Caniac combo with 6 chicken fingers, fries, coleslaw, Texas toast and unsweetened ice tea to share. Love the collaboration with Ice-T's Ice tea! We came on a weekday evening and it was quiet and it was the first time with our teenagers to try Raising Cane. They kept asking we should order a large amount of Raising Cane's sauce into my Stanley cup. Heck no! :)The restaurant is clean and inviting and it was nice dining in at this location.

Amazing service and hospitality. Always love coming to this location. Staff is awesome and they made our day. We made a mistake but they made it work with the short notice of the order I needed! Thank you! Had some happy hungry kids that appreciated it!

I ordered a caniac combo with naked chickens and subbed the bread and coleslaw for extra fries and added an additional sauce. I received 6 overcooked chickens and a small amount of soggy fries and no extra sauce. We picked everything up about 5 minutes after the order was said to be done. We had to go back in to ask for our extra fries and they only added a few. Completely disappointed with this raising canes and will not return to this location. Staff was very rude when we asked for our order to be fixed by adding more fries like we paid for.

Mmmm canes is so good. I love how simple the menu is. This location is new to my area and I'm glad cause it's super close. The food and service is always great. The lines can get pretty crazy but move pretty fast. This time around I tried curbside and they came out so fast when I got there. The value is worth it for this chicken. Also, don't forget the amazing nugget ice, makes everything taste better. The Texas toast is so random but soooo good, I like making a sandwich with it. Did you know you can buy jugs of the sauce? I didn't until I was doing DoorDash and several times people ordered over 64 oz of it. I mean it is good so makes sense!I love their tea as well, mm so fresh!

They forgot a whole 3 finger combo. They also gave us a large sweet tea instead of our small Dr Pepper. Food was okay, a little bit undercooked. Staff seemed somewhat clueless.

Got canes for my two younger cousins and one found hair in their food and stopped eating it the rest of the food was fine.

Bad service.. every time we come in the tables are always dirty and there is no one cleaning we always have to ask them to come clean the tables. All the sudden they do not let u take the ice and they put the ice for you.bad management need more training

If I could, I would rate this location a 0/5 but I'm forced to leave a 1/5. The night crew working on May 9th were terrible. Especially the lady working the drive thru. She was rushing us at the speaker and even openly texting on her phone while next to us at the window. We asked for ketchup earlier and she didn't give us any. I even asked for cane sauce and she told me they were 40 cents each.. which was fine because I assumed there was already some in the bag. However when I got home, there wasn't even any in the bag? How am I supposed to enjoy a sandwich combo with fries if I don't have any sauce or ketchup? She even gave us 3 straws when we had 4 drinks.. Not sure if she was just trying to be funny but yeah, bad service#FireThatWench

The night crew are complete a s s h o l e s they gave me a plain a s s chicken sandwich and didn't notice until I got home. If you are going in the night time CHECK YOUR FOOD before you drive off they are slackers and the manager shouldn't be working if he allows this type of service. I'm very upset they even forgot my extra Texas toast . Dont trust the night crew with your food f_u_c_k them all
