The best drink I've ever had , it's so refreshing and the customer service was amazing !! Will come back for sure . I think The workers names were yulia and Dani , they were the best! Not the type to write reviews , but I had to !

I want to preface this by saying there was one woman working the entire establishment alone, so cudos to her! I ordered a tea, and after me, a few other small parties came in. She was also receiving phone calls and drive thru orders. My order fell through the cracks, but I had work to do on my computer, so I was going to be there for a while anyway. I definitely had patience with her because she did seem frazzled. About 20 min later, she realized she had forgotten my order, and brought it out to me 5 min after that. Aside from this one day, I loved the seating as it was a long bar with multiple seating options. Nice comfy barstool chairs compared to typical backless stools. Would I go again? Maybe

Small, independent coffee shops are a critical component of a vibrant neighborhood. Raine City Coffee is a solid addition to the small business fabric of a slice of Federal Way. Formally BnR Espresso - this business has gotten a complete refresh and is ready to serve you excellent coffee and sandwiches. The interior has been updated and provides an open and inviting interior. No deep lounging couches, but ample space to bring in some friends for a chat - or to fire up the laptop to bang away on the keys. Staff is friendly and engaging and the location has a drive-thru for those on the go. But, a local shop like this is best when you come inside and slow down for a few minutes and just enjoy a well constructed cup of Joe (ample flavors and variations abound). Don't let the somewhat rundown nature of the strip mall fool you - Raine City is a great local coffee shop!

I love this cafe it is so cute, the staff are so nice, breakfast sandwiches (croissant or bagel) are made to order, fresh baked goods. Cozy inside and nice drive thru. My daughter is obsessed with the croissant egg and cheddar sandwich.

I really liked the drinks! They made it perfect.We also got a wrap and the tuna melt sandwich. You could never go wrong with these but the tuna melt was was too small & the cheese was still cold. It wasn't a melt. The wrap was okay, pretty decent. I knocked it down another start because the food took sooo long. If you're lookin for coffee though, come here. The shop is very clean & presentable. The prices were okay, but the food was over priced for what it is.

If you want a place with reliable hours, look anywhere else. Doesn't matter if the door and website say "open til 4:30pm," they will be closed by 4:20pm, 4:00pm, 3:45pm or like today at 3:20pm. I would love to support small and local, but they make it impossible.

Not the fact this new cafe opened a few minutes away from me..with wifi, comfy seats, and a fireplace. The way I RAN! Came here yesterday afternoon. I met the owner, she is so sweet and her energy was very warm. I plan on coming in for my WFH days so often that we become best friends. I got an iced pistachio latte with oat milk and an iced spiced chai for my friend. My friend has never had an iced chai EVER (crazy, I know!) but I definitely put her on one. It was perfectly sweet and the spices were on point. My latte was on point. The espresso honestly had abs and was bench pressing. It was STRONG! It was the pick-me up that I needed. There was the perfect amount of syrup and didn't overpower the drink. I will for sure be coming back. Located in Federal Way. Private parking lot. They do have an awards program. Free wifi. Indoor seating available.

First time coming here for bubble tea. And I'll be completely honest since I love bubble tea and been to pretty much all of em.1. Service seems like the guy didn't want to be there, I get it. No one wants to be at work. But when you are at work, fake it.2. My bubble tea was warm. What that mean you didn't shake/mix the tea with the ice. And for me, bubble tea that's warm ain't bubble tea no more.3. There was no one in front of me, tea itself took like 8 minutes or longer to make, if there was 3 customers, that's at least 20 minute wait for me...4. The tea flavor itself was pretty good, so no complaint there except, again, warm.Will try it out again in a month and see if anything was corrected.

This place now has new owners and its terrible ! They have a different menu other than what's posted . they never removed old menu though weird , instead they hand you a piece of elaminated menu . they aren't using the coffee station at the drive thru for some reason they go to the front to make your coffee . the coffee tasted horrible ! I will never go back here now . New ownership has ruined it and its sad because this used to be my go to place . these new people don't know what there doing . Never again . and they didn't know what breve meant . its half in half people ! Don't go here !

Wow! What an amazing new, local, cafe to Federal Way. This is a gem you do not want to miss! The owner and her team make excellent coffee/beverages and their sandwiches are perfect for a morning or lunch time pick me up. Oh and the pastries? I had a maple bar. It was so fresh and moist just the way you would want your doughnut to be. Today was their grand opening and I know they are offering special pricing on 16oz drinks today/tomorrow. If you haven't been there yet, get in your car and get over there! The vibe was fresh, modern, but cozy all at the same time. The perfect home away from home to enjoy of great cup of joe.
