We have eaten here for years. They have great food, excellent service, and the young man behind the counter is GREAT. His parents are teaching him how to be prosperous. Wish some of the kids I teach were so knowledgeable.

My family and I ordered cashew chicken with fried rice and honey garlic chicken with fried rice. Both were ordered as combo meals along with an eggroll. 1- fried rice- not! It was just plain yellow rice 2- cashew chicken had 3 cashews in it3-the chicken...I don't even know if it was chicken? It was slimy and no flavor. 4-eggroll- was okWe actually threw our food out instead of finishing it. It was that bad. We will never order from here again

My wife and I went there tonight on 10/16/23 and ordered a takeout dinner. We've eaten there before, and the food was good. Tonight, we found our Won Ton soup to be terribly watered down with no taste whatsoever. Even though we poured a lot of Kikkoman's soy sauce in it the soup was still flat and tasteless. The jumbo shrimp hibachi I had was pretty good. The Yum Yum sauce was like water and not creamy like before. Fried rice was undercooked and plain with no pork or any flavor. My wife's dish was the Udon noodle entree and was plain tasting. Look, we all understand times are tough and prices have gone up, but watering the product down and charging higher prices is just plain robbery. A few minutes later after eating my stomach was feeling a bit queasy from this stuff. This particular Rainbow Garden has a 96%-sanitation rating which should be higher. On a scale of 1 to 10 (one being the worst), it gets a 3. There is a good Mexican place next door. Stay away from Rainbow Garden unless you really enjoy having a subpar food experience at a ridiculous price.

First off...I love my food with flavor if you do this rating is for you...if your into tasteless food I'm sorry!!! The food had no taste nor did the food look like the menu picture....Veggies were not cooked...the rise had absolutely no taste...I asked for chicken fried rice...and I'll show the pic lol smh!!! I wasted 11.00 on slop!!! Will never go again...OH!! This is my 1st review EVER!! Now you know it's horrible!!!! Keep your change people ...It's sad I HAD to give a star...bc i didn't want to...they were rude in that establishment....

Walking into this place is like walking into a 1980's laundromat. There is no care from the owners how the place looks. I didn't even sit down to wait for my order.I was already there so went ahead and got my food. I can't imagine anyone would actually sit inside there and eat without wearing a Tyvek suit and gloves.One and done. Never again. To top it off, the food was iffy at best. No thanks.

7/6/2024 - Ordered Crab Rangoons, Sesame Chicken, Chicken W. Fresh Mushrooms ($30) Everything except the mushrooms tasted like it was freezer burnt. The Sesame Chicken was just Sweet & Sour Chicken with Sesame seeds on it, It was all bad, very bad. This is the best Chinese place I have ever eaten at. Not too greasy and not too salty. The broccoli was not over cooked and beef was cooked to tender protection.
