Rainbow Garden

This is a typical Chinese food carry-out although you can eat in if you're so inclined. Mainly, we get carry-out which is prompt and accurate. Crab rangoon is delicious, served with duck sauce. The Wonton soup is better than most other Chinese restaurants. My favorite entree is Shrimp with Lobster Sauce because the shrimp are huge and there's lots of them! I eat here usually once a week! Yum!

I love their steamed dumplings and hot & sour soup. Family likes General Tso's and the lo mein.

My husband and I recently bought a house in Bunn NC and my love of Chinese food, we were bound to run into Rainbow Garden! I usually base my recommendations on lo mein, soup & soup noodles, crab rangoons, egg rolls and chicken wings. We were totally surprised when everything we've tried has been DELICIOUS ! You rarely find a restaurant where everything is good. Every weekend we come up to work on the house, it's either dinner or lunch. Enexpensive, fast service, clean, wheel chair accessible accommodations, parking and restrooms. Free parking, also wheel chair accessible

Ordered today 02/14/24 and was given old meat in my beef and broccoli . Beef was smelly and had a really bad taste. Please be careful when ordering !

I am grateful for this Chinese restaurant here in Bunn. Just think how far we'd have to go for decent Chinese if not for this family. I have gone here for so long I can't even remember. Yes I have gotten a few bad meals here but all in all the food is very good. So you keep cooking Rainbow Garden and I'll keep ordering.

Mediocre food, terrible customer service, not a good price. I called in to order food, after I stated my order the lady said "it will be ready" and hung up with no time estimate or confirmation of order. When I arrived the food was ready but the lady at the register was very short (words wise) she asked for my card, I gave it to her (no mention of price) then she tossed it back on the table in my direction. The food was decent, the steak pieces are small and all cooked the same (well done, no customer preference.) when I got home I saw that I was charged $11 for a lunch item that is 7.25 on every menu they have.

Glad for local Chinese option! Love their Spareribs on the bone! A long while ago had gotten them here when house hunting, and I still remember how great they are! Now that we've moved here, it's our 'go to' Asian option for 'Take Out'! Thank goodness there is one here near Lake Royale! YAYAYAY Hubster typically chooses their Pepper Steak. I also enjoy their Wonton Soup, and several other options, especially Orange Shrimp!

Service was quick and amazing. Made a call in order and it was ready right when I arrived to pick it up, the food was still hot even when I got it home! Servings are HUGE and the lunch plate special from 11-3 is a great deal!!
