Rainbow Donuts Cafe and Deli

We have been coming to Rainbow Donuts for many years and have always loved their donuts! Some of the best in the valley, in my opinion. We have ordered them for our birthday party desserts several times. We love that it's so easy to place an order in advance and the orders are always on time. We also pick up a lot on weekends and we love their variety. We typically bring our food home to eat, but the inside is nice too and would be a fun place to catch up with a friend. Highly recommend!

I headed to Rainbow Donuts on a recent Sunday morning as it was the closest decent looking donut spot in the area... I am admittedly spoiled by going to Bosa near my house and didn't realize how different this experience would be compared to what I'm used to...On a positive note, there was easy parking.Unfortunately when I walked in, the place seemed a bit worn and dirty and there was only one person working and she was in the back, so we had to wait a bit before she came up front to help me and another customer.The bottled beverage fridge was also a bit underwhelming and the sparkling water I grabbed from it was cold but a bit filthy as if it had been sitting there for a long time.I ordered a couple of glazed donuts for my kids to-go and would have ordered something for myself, but nothing looked very appealing. I went to use the bathroom but there was a sign on the door that said "out of order." When I did bring the donuts to my kids, my daughter enjoyed her donut but my son (who usually inhales multiple donuts in a sitting), took two bites and said he didn't want any more.So... my experience definitely could have been better. I'll probably pass on this place in the future.

9a & needed sweets to start our birth-D a y. Bought crullers (New England crawlers), donuts, coffee, cooler-beverages & a Thai boba. Fresh. Light. Cafe simple with orchids on tables. The beautiful lady behind the counter came around with H A P P Y B I R T H D A Y & a l'l complimentary sweet for my 5y grandchild. T H I S is a donut-shoppe :) no drive-thru

Donuts weren't bad, but for smaller donuts that weren't fancy- $25.00 for a dozen seems excessive. I know food costs have gone up, but this seems excessive. The donuts tasted okay, but certainly not worth the cost.

They have all these flavors of crounuts listed, but actually they only have one glazed version. The apple filled wasn't too bad, but now for $1.50, it seems I'm not getting value for a small donut anymore.

I'm kind of disappointed I've been coming here for years. I wanted to get a hot scramble breakfast. I waited in line for a super long time even though there's only two people ahead of me for her to tell me I can't order anything hot before 11 AM. Since when? Why not put up a sign?

No help there at all. Was the only one there and it takes 10 minutes to be waited on. Several times the new owner upcharges the total. When you ask and it says per your menu board it should be this she says that's your price now get out. Sign says help wanted so I had my gf call when I left. She picks up the phone and says the owner isn't here when she's the only one there. All the regulars are going down the street.

OK, I have to say, these folks make some seriously delicious donuts! We had a cherry fritter, glazed buttermilk, glazed old-fashioned, two filled donuts and a red velvet cake donut and all were just great. Yum, Yum!! Staff is friendly and, as other Yelpers have mentioned, the prices are very reasonable. I'd love to have these folks where we live in the Seattle area!

Wow! Best donut I have had in Arizona so far, got a maple and chocolate rount donut and they were almost all out of selection! Get there early! Ladies were so nice and they had lots of selection.

i don't even like donuts but the ones here are so beyond incredible. so light and fluffy!!
