Ordered via website after an email exchange. Santo was very responsive to questions and items were shipped as promised. And the wines are spectacular!

Santo is the best. Extremely down to earth and keeps it real. Has an epic knowledge of wine but gives recommendations with humility for those new to vast world of wine.

Owner was friendly and knowledgeable. Seemed like a good dude. Helped me pick out a more expensive wine to cellar for a bit and a inexpensive wine to drink with pizza this week. I'll be back.

The owner was rude and strongly uninformed in many of wines basic knowledge. He has dunked his head in pure European wines while rejecting American wines and all they have done. This is a one sided wine shop with a wine owner who does not care nor know his clients as they walk in the door as to what they like or where they come from.He should spend more time knowing them instead of trying to insult them and impress them!In short don't waste your time going to this store ...you would be better served at any local grocery store!Sad but true!!

Friendly and relaxed atmosphere, and I ended up getting the perfect bottle for less than half of what I expected to pay! The selection was amazing, I will definitely be back next time I need a good gift bottle!

I stumbled across rain city wines while searching for a bottle of bordeaux a friend of mine had served at a dinner gathering. No one in town had the same vintage and none of them seemed interested in helping me out. Rain city wines was the exception! They were able to help me out and locate a few bottles of the vintage I was hoping to add to my wine cabinet. They also suggested some other wines which I was surprised were of equal quality. This is why I shop local with a business that is willing to earn and keep my business.

I recently endeavoured to find Licataa, the sparkling red wine created/developed by Raekwon. I know I am several years late to this, but recently heard about it and struggled to find any bottles near me. A google search directed me towards Rain City Wines.I haven't bought too much wine online other than through subscriptions, and was unsure how it was going to go but I have to say Rain City surpassed my expectations in packaging, shipping time, and care they put in assembling it all together.I'll definitely order from them in the future the next time I need to track down a bottle that isn't available in my area. Thank you, Rain City! Also if you get your hands on any more bottles of Licataa, send them my way!

Posted hours said they were open. Went down to find a sign on the door saying they were closed. Made a trip to pick up my wine. Maybe they should post the proper hours on their website. Glad he can take vacation, but maybe he should let his customers know they're closed. Pretty much fed up with his smug sign. I won't sue you, but I'll be taking my business elsewhere. Plenty of other places to buy overpriced wine

I've been to RCW several times now and I've had a great experience. Santos (owner) is knowledgeable and unfiltered so if your ears are sensitive be prepared. I'm a noob when it comes to wine therefore I ask noob questions and at no time did he make me feel like an idiot. He loves to talk and is passionate about wine. I definitely recommend this wine shop.
