2.5 rating based on their drinks - which mind you is half of the menu so def a bit disappointing.Located pretty much in the Asian Family Market, great location to stop before or after groceries in sure !But the drinks were just not good. The mango jasmine with 30% sugar (lowest offer) was still VERY sweet. I had to ask if I got the right order, but it turns out their mango is more of a syrup and is thus super sweet. They offered to switch it out but proceeded to just pour off the top half (taking a lot of the cheese foam with it) and adding a bit more plain tea, but sadly it was still not good. My gf got the Ferrero rocher milkshake and it was watered down and had lots of chunky ice. For the price, neither drinks were worth it. But may go back to try food sometime do I can update the review!!!

I always stop here before shopping! I get the slushy and try to awkwardly shop while drinking tea but now with a baby stroller, it's harder to navigate. I tried the salted egg chicken which was pretty good! Service is always good. They give you a buzzer for when your order is ready. Food took much longer than the drinks. Maybe shop if you order food. The ambiance is typical for a bubble tea, asian snack spot. Lots of seating; some cozy couches, some booths. Self service in terms of bringing dishes back and grabbing water etc.

It's always nice to find a new Asian spot that's close to me and has great food. Rain Cafe definitely fits the bill. I got the Tonkatsu Ramen & it was heavenly. The pork belly fell apart as I ate it, I love the seaweed flavor & all the veggies were al dente. I also really like the black iced tea! My only gripe is that they ask for a tip even though you have to get up to retrieve your food & they ask you to buss your own dishes. I will probably be back but I'm not likely to tip if I'm my own waiter. Everything else was great.

Tea was ok. Just annoyed about the pricing listing - they have 2 different prices (one on the TV and one with stickers on a menu at the counter). "The real price" is much higher than the listed price on the TV. A Taro milk tea was $1.30 more than the listed price on the TV. I asked if they would honor the price they listed on the TV but he said no. I believe typical good business practice is you should honor the lowest price listed but guess not here. It's disingenuous to have such low prices listed where everyone can see and raise the price only at the counter. Please update your TV prices (I get it, it's inflation. But update the postings).

fast service. their boba is not as expensive as university village boba for sure. their popcorn chicken doesn't taste like taiwanese popcorn chicken. they're more like little chicken katsu bites but they give a generous portion. they use syrups for flavoring so their drinks are on the sweeter side. next time i will ask for no sugar or just add iced unsweetened tea when i get home lol

Fantastic Veggie Banfen! Make it spicy. Good ambiance where you have to bus your own tables and friendly service.

I went to rain and ordered a brown sugar milk tea with tapioca, the drink was great. A little too sweet but the tapioca was perfect .The cashier with the mariners hoodie was very sweet and helpful ! The lounge area was a bit dim but over all cozy vibes. 8/10! Would recommend!!

I'm not from the area so found this place through Yelp. I feel like this is the place to go to study cause they have so many booths/tables. When I went inside there were quite a few people with their laptops and textbooks.I can't speak for the food because I only ordered boba drinks. I initially ordered a rain milk tea with boba and when I asked the cashier (female) about it she said it was their most popular drink and similar to a black milk tea. Upon taking a sip, it was so bitter and tasted like coffee. At almost $6 for the drink you bet I'm going to say something if I'm not satisfied. I spoke to a different employee (male), the one who handed me the drink and asked if I could exchange the drink. He informed me that the drink I got had a shot of espresso which makes sense. I hate coffee. Had I been told this earlier, I wouldn't have ordered it. Thankfully he was nice about it and remade my drink to a Thai milk tea. It still tasted bad. Not sweet at all. Like they didn't add condensed milk or sweetener but maybe their recipe is just something I'm not used to. Or maybe they make it a different way. But definitely not the Thai milk tea I'm used to.Also it wasn't clean inside. Trash bins were full, tables were dirty, and piles of boxes stacked near the register. They do have plenty of seating which is the only plus side I found. Parking was easy as it's a parking lot and it's right next to Hobby Lobby. Overall, great customer service but their boba drinks fell short to my expectations.

Interior was super cozy and filled with lots of space to do work in!I really enjoyed the music and the Lemon & Pepper Popcorn Chicken there. Highly recommend their Peach Italian Soda! Would definitely visit again to hang out with friends to play their board games and to study.

Moses was very rude. We ordered three items. First, they didn't give us spicy mayo for the popcorn chicken. My daughter asked for it, and gave her one. It was not enough for our orders, so I went ahead and asked for an extra one. He said I already gave her one in the rudest manner and said I needed to pay extra for that. I told him I would spend it if it were posted on their menu board. The other cashier just gave us condiments the last time we went there. I asked for the manager, and he said I had already given you a free one and that the manager would be back in the afternoon. POOR customer service.
