Its time for you to "Get Smashed at Radnor's"Order: South Sound Smash Burger (added caramelized onions) and Beignets total price for my order came out to just under $18 including a 10% tip.South Sound SBBurger patties were perfectly cooked, caramelized onions took it to the next level. Bun was soft possibly toasting the bun would elevate the burger.Beignetssoft fluffy airy bitesize pillows of amazingness the dip that accompanied this delectable treat was pure perfection.The employee working the counter was friendly, attentive, knowledgeable and service was a 10. aside from being located on one of the most busiest streets in Tacoma this is a must try. I can't wait to return to try more of the menu. Adjacent to the restaurant is an a great sized event center. Gender neutral bathrooms were clean and decorated with Tacoma history. If you find yourself in Tacoma definitely support a local business cause why not.

The service is so bad that I never even tried it. I walked in the back door from the alley walk through the restaurant and sat down. There were two people serving and I sat there for 5 minutes and nobody even acknowledge me. After I asked if there was table service the lady said "oh no, you have to eat outside We aren't open inside."Really? After sitting there for 5 minutes? There seems to be a lot of problems with this place after reading reviews on Google and review. We ended up walking down to Patty's and had a great meal. I would stay away until they get everything figured out, and even then I've heard that the food isn't that great.

We tried it for the first time tonight. We came at 7:30 ish and there was no line to order but a few groups waiting. Takeout only at this time. We were told the wait was 20 minutes and so we ordered. The wait was actually 45 minutes. We ordered a south sound smash, a spicy smash, regular fries, and radnor fries. The food was cold by the time it was ready. I paid extra for lettuce and was missing completely. The spicy was not even spicy. Friends came with us and ordered fries and sauce and neither of those items were in the bag. Super disappointed. I imagine in a year when they get into a groove it'll be good. Until then, don't bother. The food was fine but not worth the wait especially since ours and almost every group ahead of ours was missing several items they had paid for. 3/10

A new smashburger joint in the good ole STW (South Tacoma Way)! I was cautiously optimistic but overall for the first visit, 3 stars.My friend and I arrived around 5:30pm on a Friday and it was takeout only. We asked when the indoor area is open and were told they close their seating at 5pm. How does that make sense because the dinner rush was real! So can't speak for ambiance when the seating area is closed. There were continuously 3-4 parties waiting for food and 3-4 parties waiting to order.Food came out quickly--faster than Lefty's but slower than Dick's. But items were missing from both our bags and the lady before us didn't get her sauces. The kitchen service seemed to be a hot mess. Also, my friend's South Sound Smashburger had one undercooked patty! My Single Smash was a little smooshed but didn't affect taste. It has less sauce and less grease than other smashburgers, but also the burger patty didn't have the characteristic crisp on the edges that I long for with a properly smashed patty.Fries were solid. Beginets were really small but tasty, they are supposed to come with caramel sauce!Overall a place with great potential, but they just need to get their ducks in a row. I'll plan to try again in a few months.

Got to try a new Smashburger place yesterday. I get that they just opened so are a branded new establishment and still working out the kinks. But if you are supposed to close at 1 or 2am, how did you run out of everything already by 6pm. They literally only had fries and smash burgers left. So that is what we ordered. One has pickles and grilled onions and the other had bacon. They also told us that the seating area was closed so we couldn't dine in. Which I'm confused about because again they don't close until past midnight. My friend and I ended up eating in the car.The burgers were just okay, nothing really special. The smashed patties were really small compared to the bun. So their meat bun ratio needs some adjustments. I couldn't really tell what their rad sauce was that was in the burger, because I could barely taste any sauce.

This is THE place for a smash burger. First off, the aesthetic of this restaurant *chefs kiss* , such a cute vibe love it. The service was great- willow, Myra, & Rome were super nice & helpful. Affordable prices & the food came out very quick. The burger was the perfect thin & crispy smash burger I was craving. Loved the fries too, they were the yummy batter like fries & paired great with the rad sauce (similar to a tartar- like dicks) & the stw sauce (similar to Red Robin campfire sauce- sweet and tangy). Ended with a sweet treat- the beignets were yummy & I enjoyed that they came with a caramel dipping sauce. Will definitely be back!

Open til 1AM on Friday and Saturday! Nice to have somewhere to go other than McDonald's or Dicks. The smash burger was exactly what it was supposed to be (add carmelized onion!). Don't usually like fries but decided to try theirs and they were excellent with Rad sauce for dipping. Would definitely get there fries again!Met and exceeded my expectations - definitely will be back. And the prices are great.

Was there for the grand opening. Brought the whole family. We all agreed it was a legit Smash burger and fries. Stoked that it's really close by and open late. We'll definitely add this to our rotation.

The smash burger resembled more of a McDonald's patty than a smash burger. The burger and fries came out quickly though! Hoping to try their beignets once they're restocked.

Highly recommend this restaurant! Great burgers, beignets and awesome environment on South Tacoma Way! Opening night was crazy and the staff was extremely kind, gave out free burgers, fries and water bottles for those waiting in the long line. Best of all their prices are super affordable...can't wait to go back!
