Rachel's Ginger Beer - Pike Place Market

Fantastic staff that are personable, helpful and are so patient if you want to try multiple flavors of their delicious ginger beer before ordering! I came to this spot a few times on a recent trip and really loved the seasonal flavor (strawberry rhubard); I had it with and without vodka, and it was just a refreshing drink! I also tried the mango at one point and it was good, but not my favorite - only a hint of mango, really.

Great staff. Cute little place. Service was quick. But I paid $7 for something that others pointed out could pass only for lemonade with a splash of ginger. Might've just been the flavor I picked but was pretty disappointed. With such a highly rated place with different locations I either had a bad pick of the flavors or it's just overrated. Wouldn't hit it again personally.

Never had ginger beer so I wasn't sure what to expect but the drink was lovely. It was light, refreshing, and a little tangy too. If you like kombucha you'll enjoy this for sure.

Got a ginger beer to go with some Pike Place Chowder and it was a great pair! I tried the guava ginger beer and it was sparkly and carbonated giving it a refreshing bright taste. It's on the pricey side but for a fun unique drink it's worth a try at least once. It's also on the sweeter side (and very tart). Super busy though so be prepared for a wait. The line moves pretty quickly though!

first time to go visit Rachel's ginger beer while on my trip to Seattle with my girlfriend.Their was pretty good in making recommendations that were popular.The ambience is a combination of a public market vibe and an outdoor vibe with seats inside and out.You could get something from the market and eat it there while sipping refreshing ginger beer

Recommended by a friend and so glad I tried it. I got non alcohol blood orange. Can add alcohol but cannot leave and walk around with it. Refreshing and quenching.

I really liked this ginger beer- for me it had the right amount of sweetness and tang. So people wrote that the service isn't so great?? I disagree I found the lady behind the counter pleasant and patient. She allowed me to try about 6 different flavors.. I finally selected the white peach. Looking back I probably should have been more adventurous and got their seasonal flavor or pink guava, or caramelized pineapple. It was really hard to choose they were all great. There was no line and plenty of places to sit. It was a little pricey but it was well worth it. I also saw some people complain about putting ice?? They by no means fill your cup with ice. It's the right amount to keep the ginger beer cold and refreshing. It sipped on mine for about an hour while talking and it never became watered down. I really liked the vibe there

Don't get me wrong we like the product. Service comes and goes depending on time of day and who you interact with, what I'm confused about is pricing. Why is it more expensive to fill up your growler rather than paying for a to go cup. Are you accounting for ice vs no ice? Because from a consumer's stand point that sucks.

Super cute place near Pike's market and excellent service. Now to the important stuff! I have never seen so many ways to serve ginger beer. We had a black current ginger beer and it was soooo good and refreshing. I can't wait to go back and try more.

Yum! Refreshing and gingery. I skipped the first time because I thought "hey I know what ginger beer tastes like." Rachel's is actually different!Only knock is that I think it's way expensive for a drink that's requires no prep/on tap. But that's me being nit-picky.
