Rachel's Bagels & Burritos

Great spot for to-go bagels, bagel sandwiches and burritos, with a couple of vegan bagel sandwich options. I ordered the Vinnie & Matt bagel sandwich ($13 plus tax; one of the two vegan options), which comes with roasted & charred broccoli, roasted red pepper, cucumbers, avocado, lemon tahini sauce, and vegan cream cheese on a choice of bagel (I got Everything). It was ready in less than 5 minutes.The bagel was enormous, generously stuffed with the above-mentioned ingredients. Be sure you're sitting down, as it's quite messy and you'll need to wash your hands after.Very filling and satisfying spot. Recommended.

A solid bagel with such interesting bagel flavors. I ended up getting a togarashi, which had spicy chili powder (not spicy) and korean seaweed flavor on the outside. I also added alfalfa sprouts and lox cream cheese, so delicious. Their patio is small and has about 6 seats, no tables. The breakfast burritos and sandwiches do look really good here too, would definitely love to come back!

One of the best things I've ever eaten. I had The Gaby & Becki and added guacamole and an extra side of salsa. Moist flavor carnitas The eggs were soft and fluffy. The salsa is blended and deliciously smoky. So, so good!

Excellent burrito and coffee. One my favorite breakfast spots in the area. Definitely a must try!

Better bagel sandwiches than New York! Rachel's was very busy when we stopped in, and there is very limited outdoor seating. It is probably best to order online for pick up. I tried the The Agnes Agatha Jermaine & Jack. It had bacon, tomatoes, arugula, and scallion cream cheese on a sesame bagelYum....it was packed with flavor. My daughter had The Older Ben. It had pork, avocado, cucumber, onions and hummus. It was also excellent. They have some unusual bagel selections and sell their seasoning in the store. My husband tried one if their burritos. It truly is one pound and incredibly filling. Service was very good and pretty quick considering the line of people.An excellent bagel choice​​

I think I just found my favorite bagel spot in Seattle FOOD:Phenomenal I absolutely loved what I got and it was the perfect size for the amount we paid (~$15). Super filling and packed with ingredient. I don't think anything was lacking and the flavors were very nice. I can't remember the name of the bagel sandwich I got but I feel like with this place and seeing how popular it is, you can't go wrong with any of their items. I also tried their new orange caramel latte and loved it a a lot. Reminded me of an orange chocolate SERVICE:On a weekend at noon it gets pretty busy so expect a wait! Friendly and charming staff who were helpful with recommendations. AMBIANCE:Feels like Seattle although there's not really a seating area, there are some chairs outside the pick up window to sit. Overall, I'm coming back for this place. I'd love to try all their other sandwich offerings!

I got the Jalapeño bagel with regular cream cheese and added ham. This was my order from the day after SantaCon and let me tell you... this bagel saved my life. Waking up absolutely disoriented, massive headache, room spinning and one thing on my mind - bagel. My friend who lives in Seattle recommended Rachel's and I said okay, but she better get the job done. And boyyyyy did she. 10/10 recommend. The spice of the jalapeño reminded me that I have a pulse and got me feeling alive again. Rachel - I love you.

Ok, got to get there early because at noon, the bagels were all mostly gone. I got one of the few everything bagels with cream cheese-- sooo good. A lot of everything bagels are one-sided with one being plain and one seasoned, but was very excited to know that it wasn't :-)Chewy, crunchy, and savory. I would want to go again to try other various flavors!

Takeout breakfast spot with breakfast burritos, bagels, biscuit sandwiches, and coffee. You can order ahead online for a faster pick up. I got the Mr Bunsen, the vegetarian breakfast burrito and it was really good! It had eggs, potato, roasted cauliflower, mushrooms, arugula and cheese. I thought it had meat in it for a sec because the cauliflower was so flavorful and meat like in texture. Great lighter option for a bfast burrito

Stopped at Rachel's today to grab some food after grabbing coffee nearby! We ordered the Raquel burrito and the Bobby D's bagel. The Raquel burrito was a 10/10! Loved the chorizo and all the toppings inside. It was on the pricier side ($17) but it was really good. My bagel sandwich was pretty good, the everything bagel was really tasty and I liked the bacon and the cheddar scallion spread but wasn't a fan of the baked egg patty. The egg had an interesting texture - rubbery and slimy. I wasn't a huge fan of this and wouldn't get the egg again. My food was also cold which was disappointing, they probably made my bagel first before preparing the burrito. The staff were nice here! You order at the counter and they'll call your name when your food is ready. The ambiance is casual and definitely a grab and go spot. All that's inside is the counter where you order and the kitchen. There's only 4 seats outside and no seating inside. I definitely recommend trying this spot out if you're in Ballard and looking for bagels and breakfast burritos! Looking forward to coming back soon.
