QuikTrip

Came here to grab a small snack while heading to the Chandler area. It's your typical QT gas station, it's got such a vast amount of parking here and average amount gas pumps. Prices are average and the interior is beautifully taken care of. Features everything that you would expect from a gas station.

Stopped in for some flavored coffee creamer & the clerk directs me to where it is located. I am searching and looking for it and only see chocolate milk. She directs me again and still cannot see it so she comes over to look and says it is right here. One frickin' small bottle of half and half left and she tells me that's all she has lol. I don't consider half & half to be flavored coffee creamer but ok. I jokingly asked doesn't this town carry any flavored coffee creamer lol.

This is a recently opened QuikTrip location. You'll find all the standard offerings like fuel, drinks, snacks, grab and go meals, cigarettes and more. For those who are interested, I did not see any enforcement of social distancing, availability of hand sanitizer or wiping down of high touch areas (and there are many). Personally, I'd like to see a greater effort.

The customer service is good. The roller tray heater could be looked at does need to be warmer and could have a plastic glass case around it. Security guards they do their job service is good. The place could be cleaned up better and it looks like they're doing maintenance and working on new things, just moved into the area. This is my QuikTrip. I go to everything working and looking good.

Yesterday, my husband went in to buy a small thing and get five dollars back in cash. The gentleman says the machine was not working then another person had that problem earlier which was a blatant lie. About a half hour later on my bank account online it shows that he had taken $5.59, $.59 and then $.10 empty my account, when we went back to show them they were to give us our money back. I called the police who also refused to help us. I have a police report. I have contacted the CEO of Quiktrip. I have also contacted everyone and anyone who will listen if you shop there you're a total idiot, they do not honor their word they will steal from you and the gentleman who stole from us before the police got there ran out, got his car and left, which is no more than a sign of guilt. We figure that he took the money and pocketed it otherwise when they did their cash out they would've seen they were over $6.48. We have not been notifiedby anyone, we will never shop at any Quiktrip again and I will tell anyone and everyone that will listen not to go there. Thank you.

Always out of either cups or lids. Who does the ordering??? And homeless outside is really an issue

People forget this a gas station and people mostly use this app to complain but hardly leave a good review. I love QT and j want them to make more, here's a good review. Thanks guys!

Check your food before you leave. Rock hard biscuits and grilled cheese wasn't grilled. Got back to work to eat and it was trashed.

This is a brand new QT and I understand it takes time to get into the swing of things. However, if you are looking for fresh brewed tea, go to a different location because they never have any made and what is made has been sitting all day and is spoiled. The employees are friendly, just overrun in my opinion. They need extra hands to go around and clean and make teas while having 2 people at the checkout because it's busy as it's the only QT in our location and very popular.
