Definitely will be a returning customer. Good portion sizes, very quick service, tasty main dishes. You definitely get a ton of rice with the lunch meal. I didn't really care for my hot and sour soup, but that was more personal preferences. The sesame chicken was really good, and I enjoyed the sweet and sour chicken as well. Store was clean and well kept, staff was friendly and attentive.

This hidden gem is one of my favorite places simply because of their honey walnut chicken which I haven't been able to find anywhere else! The outside is super crispy and the sauce is sweet as expected from honey walnut prawns but the chicken just hits a little differently. I've only placed to go orders over the phone and it has always been accurate and ready by the time I come pick it up. A very sweet old lady usually helps me at the counter and she always greets me so friendly and happily even if it's been months since my last visit. The prices are especially affordable for lunch but still so if you order a la carte

I have been going to Quick Wok for almost 10 years now. It is just a great place for Chinese food similar to what you get in New York. It is no frills, but good, consistent quality. Their small soups are enough for 2 people. I recently got a small hot and sour soup filled with tofu, shrimp and chicken. Their combinations are good portions that come with rice, a cream cheese won ton and egg roll. I like that their prices haven't skyrocketed like a lot of other restaurants.Parking can be tough a certain hours.

Food: Good Chinese Food, all the favorites. Drinks, none available, their soda fountain broke years ago & they still haven't fixed, so thats a bit weird and annoying but they do offer free water lolService: You go to the cashier to order, but they drop off food at table, if eating in. Don't expect warm and friendly, this is a mom & pop place with good food & pricing, so don't get hung up on typical customer service. Ambiance: Simple, no frills and clean!! Price: $27 For 2 @lunch included tax and gratuity, no drinks.

The prices were affordable $9-10 per lunch special. I thought it was a full box of chow mein, not sure how I would eat steam rice with the chow mein. The noodles were flavorful though.The orange chicken did not taste like orange chicken at all. Tasted like a sweet sauce but no orange flavor. The chicken was hard and dry. Some of the pieces felt like fish bones, stabbing the insides of my mouth. The "salad" was disappointing. It was raw cabbage which is much less appetizing compared to lettuce imo.

I'm surprised to see high rating for this restaurant. Our chicken corn soup taste stale and they burned the beef in the mixed fried rice. The honey walnut was soggy.

Quick wok is the best Chinese restaurant in San Diego, the food is very tasty, fresh and hot. They serve food for 5 minutes. Calm and friendly staff. I advise everyone to visit

Love this Quick Wok! The people are so nice and the lady at the front is so sweet and always smiling. My son loves their Mongolian beef (literally says it is one of the best things he has ever had) and my favorite is the War Wonton soup, we usually get a large serving to go and share as a family. You get two large containers, the broth is light and the wontons are super tasty.Prices have gone up a bit over time but you get plenty of food. We usually place orders to go and the food is fresh (cooked right in front of your eyes), always hot, and overall yummy. I am allergic to ginger and they always make sure to take special caution to make sure if I order something it is something that steers clear of ginger. Quick Wok here is Fast, fresh, friendly, and welcoming.

Quik Wok has always been consistently fast, friendly, and delicious. Their house special chow mein is the best. You get all the quality ingredients you hope to find in the dish. They don't jip you like other places. Highly recommend this place. It's a hidden gem of Sabre Springs and Carmel Mtn.
