Very (very) bright cafe for early morning coffee. Lots of food options with all the standard seattle varieties (vegan, gluten-free, dairy free). Coffee was alright. Service was pretty quick and polite. Lots of seating both inside and out.

We were in the area and wanted to grab some quick bites and decided to try this place. Personally, im pretty impress with the food here. Service is also very friendly. We ordered the veggie delight sandwich and the turkey sandwich.Veggie delight sandwich: filled with avocado, tomatoes, cucumber and lettuce. Each component was fresh and good, but it didn't go well together for some reason. It kinda just felt like eating each thing on its own. The bread was nicely toasted though.Turkey Sandwich: definitely the fan favorite. Not sure where they got the buns from, but the buns made such a big difference in the sandwich. Also, it's a pretty big sandwich, they were pretty generous with the turkey. It also comes with some lettuce and tomatoes and mayonaise as well. However, i think the bread was the star. Each sandwich also comes with a small side, so we got a pasta salad and bag of chips. The pasta salad was pretty standard.Overall, a pretty good place if you're in the area for lunch.

My family and I stopped here to grab a bite while visiting. First, let's start with the spicy egg panini. This sandwich is definitely not for the faint of heart, as the spice level is definitely noticeable. However, if you're a fan of spicy foods, this panini is sure to please. The eggs were cooked perfectly and the bread was toasted just right. The addition of avocado added a nice creaminess to the sandwich that balanced out the spiciness. The bacon egg and cheddar sandwich did not disappoint. The bacon was crispy and flavorful, the egg was cooked to perfection, and the cheddar cheese was melted just right. The bread was fresh and overall, this sandwich was a satisfying and delicious breakfast option. Now, let's talk about the maple bar latte. This unique latte was sweet and indulgent, with a subtle maple flavor that paired well with the espresso. Lastly, we ordered the raspberry scone. This scone was buttery, flaky, and had just the right amount of sweetness. The raspberry flavor added a nice fruity twist to the classic scone.Overall, Queen Ann Cafe served up a delicious and satisfying breakfast. The spicy egg panini and bacon egg and cheddar sandwich were both tasty and filling, while the maple bar latte and raspberry scone added a sweet touch to the meal. The cafe also had a welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff, making for an enjoyable dining experience.

This place is great! We were I. The area and didn't feel like Starbucks or Ladro so we gave this a try. The coffee was solid (not amazing) and everything was very reasonably priced. We got a gluten free peanut butter cookie with m&m's and it was delicious

Hmm this is a tough one. Nice cafe with some good outdoor seating. Everyone working here was lovely. Unfortunately didn't care much for my oat latte or pretzel breakfast sandwich. Latte was overwhelmingly oat milk and short on the espresso. The breakfast sandwich had a nice filling, but was super dry and the pretzel bread was super salty and made the sandwich even drier. Cute place but disappointing food/coffee.

I'm basing my review solely off the service and the turkey sandwich because I can. But if you never have another sandwich in your life except the classic turkey sandwich at queen anne coffee company, I'm pretty sure it would be the best decision you ever made.....Or at least I'd be completely happy with it. This sandwich completes me. For starters it is on the MOST AMAZING Challah pretzel bun I've ever tasted. They've found a way to combine two absolutely delicious breads, Challah and a pretzel roll together and what they've created has me humming to myself with each bite. Then there's the turkey, amazing fresh thick (but not too thick) slices of real, not processed turkey breast with simple ingredients lettuce, tomato, and mayo added. It truly is my favorite turkey sandwich in seattle! The service is also always great. The staff is incredibly pleasant, patient, helpful, and suggestive if you need a recommendation. It's a little crowded in the winter but the have a lovely patio in the summer that opens up the place a bit. I HIGHLY recommend.

This was our first "Seattle coffee" stop and it was the smart choice. Coffee was great but the real winner here was the breakfast sandwich! Option to put your breakfast sandwich on a challah/pretzel roll... Hell to the yes!! That shit was freaking fantastic. Egg perfectly cooked, bacon wonderfully crisp. Def winner here!

I'm afraid I ordered the wrong stuff?Found myself in Seattle and wanted to try a new coffee spot. I got my standard plain latte, and I got a breakfast muffin as well. Prices are pretty OK, especially for Seattle and Queen Anne.I make breakfast sandwiches at home. Mine are roughly 5 times better than these, and I'm certainly no chef--but I do use farm fresh eggs from chickens I raise myself. The real dud was the coffee. Full disclaimer: I'm an adult and I drink plain lattes, not sugary childrens' drinks. If you are going to throw a bunch of flavorings and sweetener into something, you can literally make anything taste good. My latte was difficult to finish. Over roasted beans, over heated milk, it was just not good. This is a tough city to be in with mediocre coffee. Supposedly they bake a bunch of stuff and sell it, maybe that's what people come here for? Glad I tried it so I know not to come here for coffee, but I may come back to try a baked good.

The perfect spot for your morning or afternoon coffee! Affordable, fast, and delicious! The baristas are always super kind. Very cozy (love the interior design, by the way, the counter is gorgeous) and a great place to get some studying done!
