Amazing Empanadas, Amazing Staff $ the coolest Patio I have seen near Chase Field! This place was recommended by our Lyft driver & I am so glad he did.I can't wait to go back!

I came in around 5pm on a Tuesday so it wasn't busy and I was able to get in and out. Food: I got an order of two pibil tostones. I'm not normally a pork person but they were very flavorful. I do wish there were the option to mix and match tostones. The yuca was not available but I was told it'd be back by tomorrow. I also got the empanada with queso fresco and sweet plantains. I have a low sweet tolerance so next time I'll get it without the caramel sauce. The cheese helped counteract the sweetness. For juices, they had lulo, guanabana, and maracuya. It would be great if they could offer tostones as a side and start offering arepas too, which are pretty easy to make. I'll be coming here for the South American food, not the tacos/burritos.Payment: they offered Apple Pay that you can do with a QR code so no need to wait for the server to return the checkParking: I was trying to avoid having to pay for valet and they let me know that they validate for one hour at the Heritage Square Garage (otherwise it's $4/hr but still cheaper than valet which is $10 not including tip)

Oooo oooo oooo!! Their patio is super cute! We stopped in for some small bites after the cubs and diamond backs game, and boy did we get some beautiful outdoor weather, great service and food!! The restaurant is a short walk from Chase Field. Their patio is super cute with a good amount of umbrella tables surrounded by picturesque views of frondescence. Absolute serenity!Our server was a doll! She took really great care of us! My Pollo & mango tostones were incredible! I've never had tostones before, so I have nothing to compare this one to, but I loved the crispy texture! The sweet mango complemented the chicken, and added a pleasant burst of flavor to the entire tostones! My mimosa was also refreshing and delightful!! Just the right touch of OJ and prosecco for that bubbly bliss!Looking forward to getting more patio time for dinner on my next visit!!

Ambiance: Such a beautiful establishment. I sat outside because the weather was great but I definitely will be coming back to sit inside. Cleanliness: Very well maintained and clean. Taste: Let me just say with every bite I wanted more. Yes, it is really that good! Overall: Such a great establishment perfect for a date night. The food was so rich in flavor and the staff were incredibly attentive. Truly one of its kind in Phoenix Metro.

Awesome staff- super friendly, warm and welcoming vibes. Lots of the menu items have meat but they do have a veg-friendly dish with tofu, rice, black beans, and plantains.

We loved our dinner here! Our waiter was one of the best I've had in a long time at a restaurant. She was fantastic. The empanadas were yummy, same with the loaded fries & my husbands burritos. Get the sangria pitcher - yum!! There is indoor and outdoor seating - we opted for outdoor under the string lights which was a vibe. We will be back.

We were thrilled with our experience at Que Sazon. We found this restaurant by accident after being turned away by a quoted 3-4 hour wait across the street at one of our all-time faves. So imagine what a pleasant surprise it was to stumble across to amazing food absolutely worthy of the better known, long-established neighbor. Good food conquers all. My wife and kids raved about the pork empanada, and they liked the beef too. The pork on rice with the plantain chips was amazing. Basically the pork won the day. The beans were exceptional too. How does one elevate black beans. Somehow they did. Fantastic. We actually planned on trying the pork via the loaded fries, as recommended by our server. We got excited watching all the loaded fries delivered to the tables all around us. But 20 min after we ordered our server came back apologetically to say the kitchen had just run out of fries. It was awkward but the restaurant ended up comping the replacement dish and handled everything with such grace and class that it only enhanced our experience. Plus it didn't hurt that the replacement was the aforementioned pork on rice with plantain chips which was itself worthy of superlatives. I do my best to stick mostly to veggies (which the amazing pork made very, very difficult) so for me personally the high point was the elote (corn). Phenomenal. My veggie tacos were good and probably would be headline-worthy at most places but at this meal they were a bit outshined. Loved Que Sazon. The service was exceptional and the food was expertly executed. We'll be back.

I'll be honest. I really wanted Pizza Bianco across the street, but didn't have the time to wait for 2 hours, which was the current wait. So, next best option? Head over to this interesting looking restaurant. It's located inside a cool old house remodeled into a restaurant. Feels cozy, like you're dining in another time.Service was attentive. I was so hot I immediately started with a Paloma and it was delicious! We got to order pretty quickly and between 3 of us got yucca fries, an empanada, and 2 different types of tacos. The food was pretty good! The vegetarian at the table really liked the veggie taco. The carne asada tacos were enjoyable but just missing something - probably not something I'd go out of my way to come back and get.Worth checking out just for the cool atmosphere!

We went here for lunch during a conference at the Phx Convention Center due to it's proximity. While I know that it must be hard to manage when large groups arrive at once and are all on the same schedule, AND all want separate checks (so they can expense the meal) this place didn't even come close. We ordered almost immediately after we sat down. I was in a group of four, and the first of us got out food about 15 minutes after we ordered, we each got our food in sequence and all three of my companions had already finished their meals before I even got mine. Our server started out apologetic at the beginning of the meal and by the end just admitted to being in a bad mood. The food was fine but certainly not worth the wait. Wouldn't return even if I was local.

Food- amazing! Everything I've had there tastes so good. Service- stellar! Everyone there is so friendly and it feels more like I'm having dinner at my family's house.
