Disappointing Service, Mediocre food The food here was just okay, expected more for the hype, but the service left a lot to be desired. From the moment we sat down, it felt like we were being rushed. Our server only checked on us once, and when I looked up to ask a question, she had already walked away. What made it worse was that she seemed to go out of her way to cater to the table next to us, who happened to be speaking another language.Ironically, after we got up to find our server and asked for the check in another language, she suddenly became more attentive and tried to cater to us. It left us feeling diminished and unimportant up until that moment. Unfortunately, the poor service overshadowed the meal. Would not recommend this place. There are much more disable places to eat in little Italy or Boston in general.

We had reservations for 4 on a very busy holiday so we ended up having to wait about 10-15 minutes even though we were on time, so definitely recommend them if possible for especially large groups. Seats are tight as with most places in the North End. Everyone was in love with the flavor and authenticity of each of our dishes. The Lasagna della Casa was meaty and hearty. Spaghettini with Meatballs was juicy and simple. The Frutti da mare had a fair amount of calamari, and clams but a prominent seafood taste. My Baked Eggplant Parmigiana had beautiful layers and a taste that matched. Overall, we had a great experience including the food as well as the service. Our waiter was efficient and patient. We were greeted by the owner upon our entrance and exit. Would absolutely come again!

Can you say "out of this world"? Our stop for lunch at this quaint Italian place turned into the best meal I had in Boston! We started with some crusty bread with oil and pesto. Fresh. The lobster Risotto was prepared to perfection. The gnocchi and sauce fresh and delicious. Our server was very helpful and efficient. They do not serve dessert. I understand why. There are at least 5 pastry/coffee shops within a block! I would totally return next time I visit Boston.

Cute restaurant on the Main Street - wonderful atmosphere with windows open and great vibes. Food was pretty good- enjoyed drinks and lobster ravioli. Service was good and quick- they even let us sit there for a little longer which was nice. Overall good experience

Brief Summary: - Indoor seating- Takeout option available- Accepts cardWe were hanging around in the Italian city, and the time settled down to restaurants opening up. We walked lots, so our goal was to buy and take home food back at the hotel. However, winding around the blocks of Italian restaurants, there was only a small handful that offered takeout. This was one of them, Quattro. We ordered at the entrance of the restaurant, and they accepted card. The wait time wasn't long, maybe less than ten minutes. All the orders we made arrived at the same time, and they were packaged in separate boxes. We carried these back to the hotel, which wasn't too far from the location. They weren't piping hot anymore, but the packages kept them intact. The staff gave us some utensils, and we asked for an extra set.I ate the ravioli first because it looked like it will cool faster. This was very good, the sauce and the pasta were balanced well, that one taste note was too high or missing. There was a wholly round flavor that perfected the dish. Also, me, preferring pasta over pizza, I really enjoyed the ravioli. The pizza was delicious too! I don't eat pizza often, but I'm glad it turned out to be a really good slice on the day when I was slightly craving for one. First, the crust was strong to withhold all the sauce that was spread on top of the pizza. There was no salty aftertaste, so the post-eating time felt purely content.

While exploring Boston's charming Little Italy, I found Quattro Pizzeria and decided to treat myself for lunch. Taking a seat at the inviting pizza bar, I kicked off my meal with a refreshing Aperol Spritz. Feeling adventurous, I opted for the Fig, Arugula Goat Cheese Pizza--a delightful creation with a white base topped generously with ricotta cheese, sweet figs, and vibrant arugula. Every bite was a delightful explosion of flavors--a true delight! As I enjoyed my pizza, I couldn't help but notice the tempting pasta dishes, especially those featuring seafood, being served around me. It was a bit of a shame to dine solo because I couldn't try more dishes, but I'm already looking forward to returning with friends to sample more from Quattro's enticing menu.Quattro has definitely earned a spot on my list of go-to spots in Boston, especially in Little Italy, being my favorite neighborhood in the city. Loved the little Italian tavern environment, and of course friendly service!Whether you're in the mood for a delicious pizza or crave pasta dishes, this cozy eatery promises a memorable dining experience that's worth revisiting.

Delicious pizza. Windows were open on a nice day. Had the chicken soup special and it may have been the best I've ever had. Can't really miss in the north end.

The small but delightful gem I recently visited was an absolute treat! Every bite was a delight, from the refreshing Caprese salad to the exceptional homemade marinara sauce. The server's service was truly outstanding.

Terrible. Really, probably the worst meal I've ever had in Boston and I visit Boston a lot. We had high hopes because we enjoy going to the North End for Italian and this place is one of several owned by a certain individual I don't remember the name of. I had the chicken parm which was tough, dry chicken smothered with tomato sauce and covered by cheese. It came with some pasta on the side but that didn't help. Others had the lobster ravioli which was way too salty. Service was equally terrible. Our server never came back to check on us once. After we finished one of the servers noticed none of us had any water so she said she'll be right back with some water. Never saw her again. It took a long time to get the check and to get our card back. Not a happy place. Servers just did not look happy working there. The place is festive though. Just food and service was terrible unfortunately. It's not cheap either.

Definitely make a reservation to eat here. I came on a Thursday night and it was packed. If you are here solo you can eat at their bar which generally will have space. Ordered a lobster ravioli and it was good. It came at a reasonable time, I just felt like it was a little expensive. I could not get full off of one entree, so you will likely need an appetizer before as well.
