Went to Redmond to a new brewery and QT food truck was there!Great food and very friendly service. The tacos we had were delicious and full of flavor. The pico de gallo and guacamole are a great added bonus. I am not a fan of my tortillas getting soggy and I was not disappointed from QT! Nice firm corn tortillas were excellent! We also shared the carne asada burrito which was as delicious as it sounds! Nice big burrito full of tasty goodness! Follow them and find where they are going. You will not be disappointed!

Came and grabbed lunch with a few coworkers. I got the carne asada tacos, two of my coworkers got the burritos, and another one got the quesadilla. One of my coworkers already finished half of her quesadilla on the walk back to the office. The carne asada tacos were pretty good and full of meat. The burritos were huge. Maybe I'll try one of those next time. We all enjoyed our food. And the staff were wonderful, very friendly.

Well, I had high hopes for my chicken burrito after reading so many great reviews. Although the burrito was a good size and had a good amount of chicken, it lacked any flavor other than a bit too much salt. If any mexican spices or herbs were used when preparing the chicken, such as cumin, coriander, cilantro... they were not apparent.Their Covid safety precautions were good, except there was no hand sani for customers.

QT's menu is simple and to the point, with a focus on tacos, burritos and quesadillas. To me, a shorter menu is a promising sign since it really allows the chefs to hone in on their specialties. I've visited twice, and naturally chose tacos both times, one of which was a chef special. Keep in mind that prices may appear to be relatively high, but they include tax and the servings are generous.[ Visit #1 - Three tacos ($12) ]Given a few meat options, I happily created my own sampler plate: #1: Carne Asada - This is usually a favorite of mine, but due to quite a few tough pieces of gristle still left on the beef, I found it disappointing. Although I could taste the true grilled flavor and appreciated the thinly-sliced beef, I couldn't gnaw through some of its rubbery edges so it sadly turned out to be the least enjoyable of the three. #2: Chicken - I enjoyed the flavorful mix of spices on the chicken. The meat looked a little dry, but to my surprise was actually very lean and tender. This was my top pick!#3: Al Pastor (Pork) - The redness of the pork may be alarming, but it's simply a liberal coating of seasoning. Loved the salty and savory flavors, plus some sweetness from bits of pineapple sprinkled throughout. Each taco was topped with shredded cheese, cool guacamole and fresh pico de gallo. The combination of flavors was on point and the tacos were of substantial size, assembled with care and looked amazing as well.[ Visit #2 - 3 Carnitas tacos, Chef Special ($13) ]These tacos are quite special, indeed! Although some pieces of pork were on the drier side and it could have used a little more seasoning, the creamy guacamole, chopped onion and cucumber brought it all together. I've never had cucumber in a taco before, but it added a nice crunch and additional element of freshness. These were larger than your average street taco and stuffed to the max! The crew on the truck is friendly, charismatic and had my order ready to go just after a couple minutes. One day when the weather was a bit misty, they even set up a canopy for customers to stay dry. A simple, but appreciated gesture! Plus, if you pay in cash, they offer you a free bottled soda which is a $3 value! Thanks to QT for satisfying my everlasting taco cravings!

Definitely one of my favorite food trucks around. I've gotten the carne asada burrito and carne asada quezadilla from them and they were both super flavorful and fresh. Run, don't walk, when you see their truck wherever you are and get some tasty food!

I had already brought a slice of pizza to Postdoc brewing (where they were parked), but felt bad not at least giving them some business. I checked out their menu which was very reasonable given how expensive food and food trucks have gotten with inflation these days, so I figured I'd forego my food and buy something here. These guys are awesome. Very friendly service and the food comes out very fast. I'm guessing they marinate the meats beforehand since they taste great yet are also delivered quickly. I got the al pastor burrito and it was very flavorful. It was also their recommendation over the carne asada burrito so I figured I'd go with the experts recommendation and it did not disappoint. I didn't get a chance to try anything else, but given how good the food was and how friendly the two guys working the food truck were, I'd definitely go again.

Pretty good! I got their quesadillas (chicken and carne asada) when they were at post doc brewery. Growing up in Texas, I have high standards for any sort of Mexican. The meat was well seasoned and tasty. I just think the quesadilla could have used more cheese overall. The salsa and guacamole were solid as were the salsas. People were nice and food came out quick. Great for a casual bite to eat and enjoying the nice weather!
