I've had a lot of less than ideal experiences with Qdoba, but tonight we had a good experience and I think it's worth calling them out.Good as in our pickup order was just being finished as I got there, and when we got it home the order was all correct and still warm. I find this location to be the best if the local places. The employees are always friendly and the food is decent.

It is the kind of a place that I choose when I want a quick and heathy meal to go. In my opinion it is much better food quality than the competitor. For example the steak here is very soft and never chewy. I also like the rice and beans better. The portion is really good and if a person doesn't eat a lot tou can have the same meal for lunch and dinner for example. Customer service is just ok. Those kind of places that you do not expect anything but it indeed could improve a little. I would come back here and recommend this place in case you are in a hurry or don't want to wait to be served.

They definitely don't want customers. No one in line when we got here, 3 employees looked at us, but didn't greet us for 5 minutes. This was 85 minutes prior to close. They talked about us sitting at a table rather than leaving when we sat down, we could hear them. At 8:10 they put all chairs on top of tables (see pics).

It's QDOBA. It's okay. If you know what you're getting going in, then you'll be happy. If you go in expecting some gourmet Mexican food of some sort, you will be disappointed.Ingredients are fresh and taste good. Clean. Efficient. QDOBA. It is what it is.

Super friendly staff! Sociable and really really fun to talk with! Came in not long before closing and they weren't annoyed at another order or just trying to rush us out the door. Will absolutely come back soon!

Very tasty! Qdoba is a family favorite and now that we live in Seattle, it's a treat. Normally we get it to go but it's nice and clean and bright inside. The folks who work here are super friendly too.

I dont normally leave reviews, but today I'm upset. My kiddo loves to eat at Qdoba, we ordered the 2 tacos kids meal, and we were not allowed to choose the toppings/sides, we only chose the meat and type of tortillas. The employee said the toppings he gave us were the standard for all kids meals. In the screenshots I attached from the app you can see the different options you can choose from. Why not let a child choose their own toppins? No idea this is our go to meal, so we know we should be allowed to choose the toppings Their service is not bad but it's not the best either, I would recommend to order online instead if you can, they take a long time to take your order. The food is not always fresh, the meat looks dry like it has been out for some time. I think the only reason the place is still running is because of the location. I will avoid this location from now on.

Qdoba Catering for 20 ppl could have been better. White rice was soggy and had water at the bottom. Black beans were extremely salty and barely had any brisket. My company(Snoqualmie) always have Qdoba catering and never have I experienced it this bad. I purchased at Puyallup location. Qdoba please do better for the next customer!!

This place is so hit or miss, but lately, it's gotten worse.So today I went in there around 2:30pm. There's this sweet older red haired lady there behind the counter who is always very nice and friendly and does a good job. No complaints about her whatsoever. But there is this other hispanic girl there, short hair, a bunch of sketchy tattoos, hat turned backwards, and I can tell right away by her body language alone that she's pissed off. She is slamming utensils and things on the counter, throwing things, and very aggressively scraping the quesadilla press. The sweet red hair lady looks at me and mouths "Sorry" to me while this is going on. The tattooed girl is starting to complain very loudly about the quesadilla press and I can clearly hear her say multiple times "They can kiss my ass", as well as cussing up a storm, "f*ckin" this and that. She is slamming stuff so much that not only does it make me feel uncomfortable but it makes the sweet red haired lady making my burrito jump from being startled. This is so incredibly unprofessional and someone with that kind of a temper shouldn't be working there. I felt so bad for the sweet red haired lady as I left with my food.Last week I was in there and there was another shorter hair hispanic girl with tattoos who was making my burrito, but the WHOLE time she was doing it she was staring out the window, distracted by some fancy car. I know this because she said "Ooo a McLaren" as she was making my food. Never looked at me, never asked me what I wanted, could not focus on what she was doing.Like I said, this place has always been pretty hit or miss, but lately I don't even want to go in there, especially after these two interactions. I pretty much only go there out of convenience. What's going on with you guys?
