The flavor of the lamb, chicken, and rice was fantastic!The portions were very generous--lunch and lefty for dinner!The staff was efficient and friendly.A very good meal, actually outstanding for a mall food court, for a reasonable price!

I'm going full-on 4 stars for a mall court restaurant maybe because it's in the food court. Pyramids could be a standalone greek takeout spot and is by far the best option at the Opry Mills food court (not counting dine-in, enclosed options). It's a touch (maybe 10-15%) higher than it should be, but even the Popeye's in the court bumps up their rates for the location. The first time I ate here some time back I opted for the gyro wrap and fries. I should've skipped the added "seasoned salt" option as the fries were way too salty but the gyro was good. This time around, I went with the gyro plate, complete with a greek salad and rice. Lots of food for the price, every part of the plate from the jasmine rice to the tzatziki sauce was on point, and I was in and out in time for a movie at the Opry Regal in no time. My partner got the gyro wrap this time, with fries--skipping the added salt and they were much better than the ones I had last time. Friendly service. Just make sure to not get up-sold as a bit of hummus and a bottle of water (stress "tap") later and you're looking at $20 for fast food at the mall which honestly should never be the case.

I love the food here. It is one of my go to spots. I dont ask for condiments because I dont even think it needs it. One time, pepper and mushrooms () ended up in my Philly Cheesesteak, but they were very kind to replace it immediately. Very friendly people. The ambiance is the mall which isnt their fault.

Great value, huge plates. Gyro plate could be shared by 2 people. Half rice half tabouli salad. Gyros are great too, for being in the mall it's better than the other crap at opry, and not as bad for you.

I will say that the food was tasty; however, I felt totally disrespected when I ordered. I purchased an item with the price being clearly listed but when my item came it was a super small portion so I asked for a different piece bc I wanted the larger piece. They lady LIED and told me I paid for a small piece, even though ALL the pieces are the same price. The woman ahead of me was given extra sauce and the man was super friendly to her, when I came up behind her, he was super short with me and gave me nothing special (mind you I saw the woman order and she did NOT order extra, I even had to tell her the man was tryna give her extra sauce). I just felt like for some reason I was mistreated and I will NEVER go back.

Update on past review from 7 months ago. The prices have gotten worse it's right at $20 for one chicken plate with no drink also they charge extra for anything they can. Workers are like the soup Nazi if you call them out on it. STAY AWAY if you want to save money!!

This is still a awesomeness place Mark the owner is always nice and operatesAll his restaurants very professionally The food is always fresh and I look forward to Visiting his great places the cucumber salad is Always on point and the Bread is always fresh Along with the mountain of rice as well

Ample food, amazing price and delicious. My wife and I split a Gyro plate with extra meat $3. They loaded it up. The meat was moist and savory. We'd eat here again!

Ordered a falafel sandwich and received a pita with tons lettuce and MAYBE one falafel which was squeezed in half then deep-fried and distributed across the pita bread. EPIC FAIL!!

Healthy, delicious, fresh, everything we ordered was so good. The service was wonderful, kind and helpful people.
