Pure Acai Bowl

We have stopped by this stand many times over the years and the bowls are pretty good. Customer service is nice, not great. They are located in the busiest part of the market so I think that can effect the mood of the employees.I am giving 3 stars for the price of the Acai bowls. I know prices are high everywhere and I typically wont judge too much on price but these bowls are around $15 each. It is not worth the value and size of the food. They are good bowls but not for $15.The service is slow but that is not a deterring factor because I know the bowls are made to order. Overall, I may be back because they are the only Acai bowl in the place but I will look for other options.

I came here with my friend. She ordered the 16 oz. Plant Based Chocolate Protein Smoothie and I got the 16 oz. Vitamin Sea Smoothie. We both agreed the smoothies were delicious, but they were a bit over-priced. For $10.48 + tax each, it would've been nice if they actually filled our cups. We felt cheated for the price...The gal making our drinks was really sloppy. Our cups would've been filled had she not spilled a good chunk of it. Our cups had smoothies on the outside which we had to wipe off ourselves and we got a dirty look when we asked for napkins to wipe our own cups. Customer service wasn't the best here. While the smoothies were good, I would think twice before coming back.

I had come here in hopes of having a yummy meal but instead I am leaving disappointed. Before ordering, I had asked about their protein powder and what the base of their bowls contained. The worker seemed annoyed by my questions. Their bowls were made of ice cream she said -- something I don't want when seeking a healthy snack like an acai bowl. I decided to go with a smoothie and avocado toast instead. When I got my avocado toast, I was surprised to see one piece of bread and then the butt of the bread. Do they really think this is 2 pieces of toast? When I asked the lady for another piece she looked unwilling but eventually agreed. Might I add she had her AirPods in and PJs on and before we arrived she was blatantly sitting on her phone at the counter. I just couldn't believe they would serve the butt of the bread and call it a piece of toast! My smoothie was very sweet and just tasted of apple juice. I will not be returning here unfortunately. I hope you have a better experience than I did.

I got the protein açaí and I'm not sure if there was any açaí... or if it was all chocolate. Wish there were more "normal" açaí options than the trendy bright blues and pinks. Wanted a solid açaí bowl and didn't get that. Way more chocolate than I was expecting on the protein açaí, so I paid for an extra 2 scoops of the regular acai base. It was fine.I'd say go get the empanadas and make a salad when you get home.

Hii! This place was good! The actual bowl itself was very nice and i appreciate the guy's customer service. He was pretty nice and he got things done quickly :) It's a little pricey, but I don't mind cus this is just a silly little treat every once in a while. Would recommend :3

Staff was nice. I love how there is seating right next to the storefront. There's available napkins, plastic utensils, and straws on the counter so it's easily accessible without constantly having to ask which I appreciate. The breakfast bagel with salmon and cream cheese was a hit. This was our first time here and won't be our last.

I got the açai berry bowl and got it after a short wait.It was super crowded inside so I ended up taking it outside to eat which was a good idea in the warm sun.The bowl were generously topped with berries. The blended açai was also quite dense (which I liked). I could see some people not liking the dance aside and wanting more of a smoothie consistency. There was too much granola which I had trouble digging through to get to the acai.

Service was good. They were polite, patient, and made my smoothly in a timely matter.Menu was easy to read and I like the pictures. It helps when I'm making decisions. Overall ambiance of their stall was nice and bright.Ordered the Vitamin Sea smoothie. It was ok. The sweetness tasted artificial and not as tropical as I was hoping since it contains pineapple and mango. The drink was a fun blue though and reminds me a bit of the blue milk drink from Star Wars Disneyland. Can't say if it tastes the same though, only that it made me feel like I was drinking something from space.

Inside liberty public market:I've never had a blue açaí bowl before so I had to try! I got the blue lagoon (strawberry, banana, pineapple, granola, bee pollen, agave). It was so interesting because it had bee pollen in it which apparently provides a lot of health benefits like strong immunity. Overall, it was pretty decent, not sure if it's worth the $15 but I got all my fruits in for the day.

We came for an acai bowl. I saw the menu as you can have any of the items as a smoothie or bowl. So I ordered the Beach Berry as a bowl. The guy rang me up for two items and as I was paying I wondered why was expensive and said I only wanted one item. Another associate had called my number and when I came it was a smoothie. I mentioned I ordered it as a bowl. She said it's Beach Berry and it's under the smoothie section so only comes as a smoothie. She was rather rude about it. I mentioned they have pictures of bowls in the middle and on the side so it wasn't clear that there's only specific items that were bowls and smoothies, her reply was that she didn't design it (obviously). In the end, she did make it as a bowl. They called out a different number so it sat for a bit as I was standing right there. I finally asked if that was mine since no one went for it. They're kids working there so I understand you won't get the best service but disappointed overall.The açaí bowl didn't have a lot of açaí in it, not sure if that's how it comes or they just skimped on my order. It's priced high for a bowl that's not customizable with just regular toppings: strawberry, blueberries, bananas.
